“We loved having Rebecca watch our boys for the weekend! She took great care of them, and even our shy kitten warmed up to her quickly. We'll definitely be reaching out again next time we need a sitter!”

“Michaela took excellent care of my dog and cat while we were away. She took the time to meet us beforehand, provided thorough updates and we came home to happy pets and a clean apartment. Thank you, Michaela! Highly recommend!”

“Shanisa was a wonderful sitter! My home was left cleaned and organized and my pups were happy as can be. She was prompt to respond and even though i was away for only a weekend, she made sure to send pictures and videos to me. Would highly recommend!”

“We were very pleased having Chris here at our home to watch our Corgi Mickey. Mickey wasn’t feeling his best and Chris kept us well informed and sent photos of Mickey to reassure us that all was well. We plan to have her come again the next time we need to go out for a long period of time. Chris was awesome!”

About: I have given care for dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I am comfortable with all personality types, and sizes. I also have experience with cats, as an owner and sitter. I currently am dedicated to pet care and services. I currently work part time on a seasonal basis and can dedicate as much time as needed to caring and playing with your pets! I put animals above most else. I have my own dog who is hooked up and supervised when outside. I also have a pet first aid book and carry supplies on me.

“Macey was MORE than we expected for our furbaby! Went the extra mile every day, sending frequent photo check ins and stayed in contact with us regularly. Our pup absolutely loved her, and we’ll be booking again soon! A+ 5 Star service is what you’ll get when you book with Macey! Can’t recommend her services and true professionalism enough! Thank you, Macey for putting our mind at ease knowing our furbaby was in the right hands!!”

“Terry was absolutely incredible and took the best care of our 2 kitties when we went out of town! Daily pictures and videos, so many updates and great communication! I would give her even more stars if I could. We have never felt safer leaving our babies in another's hands, and we could not recommend her enough. She truly goes above and beyond. :)”

“Matt stayed overnight with our dogs while we were away for a week. Matt arrived around dinner time and stayed overnight. After feeding them breakfast, he'd leave for a few hours and then come back mid-day for a play break. We got proactive daily communication and pictures. Which was great! Matt even accommodated an unusual request when a family member needed access to our home while we were away, which was much appreciated. We would definitely use (Jenni &) Matt again.”

“One of the hardest things about having pets is caring for them when we’re not able to. There’s just so much to worry about and too many nuanced details to convey to a house/dog sitter that it’s tough to be at ease. I’ll admit that I’m a little high-strung and using Rover for the first time for this service was not an easy decision. Fast forward to today…Heather is an absolute pro. You immediately get that she’s very experienced and respectful of your unique situation. She asks all the right questions and is an excellent communicator. Honestly could go on and on, but needless to say, we’re super pleased and I think found the high-mark on our very first try. We are already scheduled to see her again this summer and it’ll be the first time that I won’t worry about our dogs or home. Thanks Heather!”

“Jonaika is a mature, kind, responsible and communicative young woman. She stayed in our home with our two dogs for a holiday week, and provided loving and consistent care. She has a warm temperament which dogs loved, flows instructions, and cares for pets with great accountability. I highly recommend Jonaika for any pet sitting situation.”

“Savannah took great care of our puppies for a few days while staying in our home. Everything was well looked after, and we felt comfortable knowing they were in good hands. She did a good job, and we would definitely call her again in the future.”

About: Hi,I’m Julia and just retired from my job of 31 years in a Dental office as an assistant.I was looking for something totally different to do with my free time now.I put 50 years because I’ve always been around animals since a young age.We had 2 beagles when I was growing up and after I married went on to have an English Setter,Doberman pinscher and later Chihuahua mix.I have also had cats.I just got done watching a coworkers 2 dogs on March 28th and now going to watch my nieces 3 cats for a week.Which had me think about doing this with others. They will be cared for with love to you get back.Julia I am retired and can be available with a day notice, for just days or overnight in your house.I would need to meet and greet beforehand. I will be watching pets in the clients house where it stays familiar for them.I will follow instructions given in taking care of your pet.

About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up with dogs and cats, and now having two rescue dogs of my own, I just can't imagine life without them. I haven't used Rover before, but I've spent years watching friends' dogs and cats whenever they needed someone they could trust. I've raised puppies, cared for kittens, and even handled medications when needed, so I'm no stranger to what animals need to feel safe and loved. I come to your home so your babies can stay in their own space, in their own routine. Every animal is different and I take the time to get to know them. Big or small, they all get the same gentle, attentive care. I just genuinely love animals, and that's something you'll see the moment I meet your pet. I'm always happy to set up a meet-up before booking so we can connect, your pet can get comfortable with me, and we can make sure it feels like the right fit for everyone I recently graduated from Arcadia University with my Master's in Physician Assistant Studies. While I study for my boards and prepare to move back home to Washington, I have time on my hands and want to spend it doing something I truly enjoy. Right now my days are completely open, which means your dog gets my full attention. No rushing off, no squeezing them in between a busy schedule. I'm there as long as they need me. As the mom of two very needy rescue dogs, I completely understand wanting your babies to have someone around as much as possible, and right now, I'm in a position to give exactly that! Since I will be in your home, my first priority is to respect whatever routine and rules you have in place for your pet. I am happy to provide as much or as little entertainment, snuggles, or space as your fur baby needs. When it comes to walks, I'm no stranger to dogs that pull on the leash or get reactive around other dogs. I've handled strong, reactive animals before and I feel confident and calm managing them.
“Rachel stayed with my pups for five days, and happened to be available at the last minute, which was a huge help. She was timely, communicative, and my dogs took to her right away. I felt very comfortable leaving the dogs in her care. She was responsive, sent super cute pics of the dogs and gave them their meds as instructed. She was even willing to help me get one of the dogs’ meds refilled. Overall, she was a pleasure to work with, and I felt very confident in her capabilities.”

“Cole was not only incredibly responsible and responsive, but he was also extremely friendly and personable. Our dog is a bit of a handful, but he handled every situation with grace and understanding. He also did additional cleaning after house sitting, which was very appreciated. Highly recommend Cole and we will be using him personally in the future for all of our pet sitting needs! 💕🐶”

About: I have a house where I can provide individual or group care for dogs. I co-own a dog named French Fry, who has been a significant part of my training experience. I am available for boarding on weekends, starting Saturday morning and continuing until either Monday or Tuesday evening. Additionally, I have availability during certain holiday periods. I have a partially fenced-in yard and a metal crate available for dogs if needed. I follow any instructions that pet owners provide. I have a peace and calm environment for dog care.
“Jessica did a fantastic job staying with my dogs while we were out of town. She was very thoughtful and regularly sent updates and pictures. I will definitely be booking with her again!”

About: Animals have always been an important part of my life. I’ve grown up with dogs, and more recently I’ve learned the subtle language of cats as well. During my watches, I maintain strict medication schedules and consistent walking routines. I pay close attention to the small but essential details - keeping water fresh and clean, ensuring collars are comfortable, and making sure each animal feels safe, cared for, and understood. I believe animals deserve attentive, compassionate care, and I take that responsibility seriously. I respect established rules and routines, understanding how important consistency is for a pet’s well-being. I’m a work-from-home computer science student and small business owner, which gives me the flexibility and availability to dedicate quality time to your pets, and I’d be happy to meet them and learn their unique personalities. Because I work and study from home, my schedule is flexible and easily adaptable to your pet’s specific needs. I also understand that pets are often most comfortable in their own environment, which is why I prioritize in-home care. I’m more than happy to come to your home to ensure your pets feel safe, relaxed, and well cared for while you’re away.

Pennsville pet parents share their Rover experiences
Casey was really great with our dog Dylan. She even helped keep his paw clean when it got a little irritated from allergies. She kept us updated daily on how he was doing and sent plenty of pics. We were really happy with her care and will definitely be using her again.

Casey was amazing again!! We cannot recommend her enough, especially since our dog can be a little nervous and not the best walking with new people. Casey made sure he was comfortable and still took him out for walks! She also kept us updated and communicated very well during the whole stay!
