About: I had 3 dogs of my own, a chihuahua and 2 chihuahua/terrier mixed dogs. my chihuahua was a senior dog at 13 years old sadly passed from natural causes, and the other two other dogs have also passed one from seizures and the other from kidney disease. I have also cared for some bigger dogs like pit bulls before. I do not provide leashes so i would need you to provide one for your dog. I do not walk dogs that will potentially bite me. I'm currently working from home, I have plenty of time to care of your pet to give them attention and care they need Sunday through Wednesday are best but could also do other days. My backyard is fenced so no need to worry about them escaping, I have no pool either so there is no danger there, I have no pets either except two birds that just fly around, don't really bother anyone

I have a 12 year old border collie mix rescue from the STL senior dog project and my 16 year-old poodle recently crossed the rainbow bridge. i’m knowledgeable on senior Dog care and my border collie mix does well with other animals. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
