“Ciara was WONDERFUL! She took such good care of my cat and was very attentive to her! She is also very good at communicating through her report cards which I am so appreciative of! We WILL be rebooking with her 💖”

“Alec did a fantastic job watching our dogs while we were away. He came over beforehand to meet them and was kind, respectful, and very thorough. During our trip he sent regular updates and pictures, which gave us peace of mind knowing our dogs were in good hands. I really appreciate his professionalism and care, and I’ll definitely be booking with him again in the future. Highly recommend!”

About: Hello! My normal day job is in the field of wildlife biology, but I enjoy pet sitting while in between jobs. I was the primary caretaker of the dogs, cats, and other critters in my house growing up! Since then, I've fostered and boarded cats of all ages, raised kittens to be ready for adoption, and have extensive volunteer experience with dogwalking and handling dogs. While in between work contracts I am super flexible. When I am in a contract, I work in the daytime, but am free most afternoons a week for dogwalking. My work schedule is fluid, so I have some weekdays available on a case-by-case basis. Your dog will always be safely on-leash when outside, and will always have their ID info on them. The home is pet-proofed and if your pet is alone, they can be crated to make them feel safer.
“Victoria was awesome watching our 3 dogs. They can be scaredy cats and a little rambunctious but she treated all three of them like her own. I highly recommend her as a pet sitter to anyone.”

“Kim was absolutely wonderful with our Moon! She was so attentive to her needs, made sure she had lots of play time during visits, and Moonie loved her! Thank you so much Kim!”

About: I've taken care of all types of dogs throughout my life, personally owning a large Newfoundland and an Australian Cattle dog, so I have experience dealing with extremely high and low energy breeds. Im a life long animal lover who is currently pursuing my undergraduate in Animal Sciences with a focus on pre veterinarian medicine. In the past Ive dealt more with larger zoo animals like wolves and lynx's but Im always a sucker for some cute dogs. Im currently working mid week, Im available for boarding at any time however during M,T,Th,F bathroom breaks will be limited to 4-8 hours. During weekends and Wednesdays Ill be available to give your furry friends all the attention they need throughout the day. I live in a condo with no designated yard however there is an unfenced yard available for use and dogs will be taken on frequent walks, at least 2 times a day but this varies on your dogs needs. Im open to all dog sitting styles so if you like your dog crated at night or left to roam around just let me know. If your dog has specific preferences or needs please just specify before dropping them off.
“Karen did a great job watching my dogs. They were well taken care of. She handled my senior dog, made her feel comfortable. Even brushed their teeth regularly. I would definitely recommend.”

About: My whole life I have loved animals, ranging from large to small, old to young, laid back to energetic . I do have my own pet a 8lbs chihuahua-Yorkshire terrier mix and have had many animals growing up so I am very familiar with connecting and taking care of animals of all kinds. From having my own pet I have learned all about taking good care of her, feeding her healthy food, playing with her and giving her tons of attention to make her feel her best. I also have experience administering oral medications and taking the dog to the veterinary for care. I have also fostered a puppy from the local animal shelter which was a great learning experience for me. I have had experience watching neighbors and friends cats and dogs when they have been away on vacation. I’m very friendly and patient with animals, so any specific care will never be a problem, whether you need me to crate your animal, give them their daily oral medication or just spend time and play with them. For longer house sits I am willing to bathe your pet if applicable. I can take care of your pets during the week or weekend. I can also spend most of the day at your house for house sittings. I am very patient and enjoy getting to know each and every pet and making friends with them. I like walking and playing with the pets as well as taking good care of them. I also have experience taking care of a deaf and blind dog which has taught me a lot about patient and loving care.
“We recently had the pleasure of working with Dawn to care for our tuxedo cat, Coco, while we traveled abroad for nearly three weeks, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, Dawn was communicative, thoughtful, responsible, and incredibly consistent with her check-ins. She sent regular updates and photos that gave us so much peace of mind while being so far from home. What stood out most was how comfortable we felt having her in our home and caring for a cat we love so deeply. After meeting Dawn twice before our trip, we immediately felt at ease — and throughout our travels, it was clear Coco was being cared for with genuine gentleness and attention. Coming home to a happy, well-cared-for cat made all the difference after an extended trip abroad. We’re so grateful for the care Dawn provided and would absolutely hire her again for “baby”-sitting duties in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, kind, and dependable to care for their pets. :)”

“Maddy has been great with our puppy Bentley. She’s been a great help with his potty training and teaching him how to roll over. She’s also great with sending cute pictures and videos. We are so happy we found her and will continue to use her.”

About: I’m someone who truly believes pets are family. I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life, and for the past four years I’ve had my own sweet girl by my side. She’s incredibly friendly and gets along with every dog—no matter their size, personality, or energy level. My love for dogs runs deep (honestly, I love them more than humans!), and I care for every pup as if they were my own. Whether your dog needs playtime, snuggles, structure, or just a calm and comforting presence, I’m here to make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. You can feel confident knowing your fur baby will be treated with patience, affection, and genuine care—just like family. I work from home full-time, so your dog will never be left alone. I can take them out for walks 2–3 times a day, or more if they need it. I have a balcony for the dogs to enjoy and a spacious apartment with plenty of room to relax. If needed, I can also set up secure, fenced-off areas for extra safety.
“Tamesha took wonderful care of our puppies. We appreciate how she kept us updated and sent videos. We will definitely call on her to watch Asher and Summer whenever we are away from home.”
“Lesley is a REAL ANGEL! She is the kind of cat NANNY we've DREAMED for. She is such a SWEET GENTLE SOUL. We have a kitty who doesn't like any cat caretaker but Lesley was different! I think she likes Lesley because Lesley didn't pester her. Lesley was PATIENT and read her well and let her be and allowed her to come out when she was ready and the results upon return are the BEST we've seen! We are so GRATEFUL to Lesley that we could go away and actually return to HAPPIER cats. A MILLION THANKS for the SUPER SPECIAL person you are and we're so BLESSED to have YOU in our lives, THANK YOU! We APPRECIATE YOU; YOU are a KEEPER!!!”

About: As someone who has two dogs myself, I know how important it is to have a trust worthy person interacting with my pets. I always grew up with at least one dog or cat in my household so I have a lot of experience interacting with dogs. I’ve also spent my time volunteering with an organization that trains future assistant dogs before relocating from St Louis. I work remotely full-time so I have a lot of flexibility within the week to do check-ins in your home. I have no issues with keeping weekends open for longer check-ins as well. For check-ins, I’m very open to what your needs are for your pet. I have no issues taking your dog for a walk, regardless of their on leash training. I have experience with crating dogs as well if needed.
“Amber was so sweet and calm. She took our dog Iceman on a walk with no issues. Super kind and just got the impression of a loving person to dogs. Easy to schedule and flexible with our schedule. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Naples area.”
Naples Manor pet parents share their Rover experiences
Ciara is always my go to. She takes such good care of my kitties, sends me updates and photos, and even went out of her way to get them more cat food when I was running low! So grateful to have peace of mind knowing that my fur babies are well taken care of when I’m out of town.

My first experience with Rover.com and Kimberly was incredible. I could not have asked for a more compassionate and competent pet sitter for my cat, Irma. Everything I asked Kimberly to accomplish was done thoroughly, and I’m impressed with the videos and written feedback I received daily. Thank you so very much for your kindness, Kimberly!
