About: I have taken care of all sorts of animals, from cats to dogs to hamsters. I am currently a student in College in Sacramento studying Animal Science! I have had over 10 years of taking care of animals, but 4 professionally in a kennel and in shelters! I love working with all sizes, ages, and varieties!! I am currently working part time at my local Baskin Robbins, but have time for your pup and kitties! I will fit it into my schedule as best as I can, and without a doubt make it my number one priority. Within a clients home the dog/ cat will definitely be more comfortable. And I will respect any wishes or needs your fur baby might have, when working in a clients home I know that the animal needs time to take in a new scent and person, and I am extremely patient with them to make them feel as comfortable as possible!

Our vacation was just that much more relaxing knowing our cats were in great hands! Chloe took great care of my cat and was amazing with communication! Jessica did an excellent job of caring for my many cats, two of whom are special needs. She followed my detailed instructions very well - everyone has special food, eats in special places, and has little quirks to monitor. Her pictures and reports were reassuring as this was my first booking with her. The litter boxes were scooped, waters were full, and the cats looked great when I got home. She proved to be detail oriented and thorough, which I appreciated very much. I recommend Jessica, especially for cats with special needs (diabetic, etc) and look forward to booking with her again.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
