Her communication was honestly incredible, and it gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. One of the biggest things that stood out to me was how comfortable Olive became with her. Olive is usually very shy and reserved in new environments, and whenever I’ve boarded her before, I noticed in photos that her tail was almost always down. With Elizabeth, though, her tail was wagging in so many of the pictures! It made me so happy to see her looking so relaxed, confident, and genuinely happy. That alone spoke volumes about how loved and comfortable she felt. Elizabeth’s dog was also the sweetest companion for Olive. They bonded so well, and I truly think having another friendly dog around made such a positive difference for her. Olive normally gets very carsick, but while she was with Elizabeth, she didn’t have a single episode of nausea, which honestly surprised me. I really think being so comfortable and having such great company helped her tremendously. Elizabeth is a true dog person through and through. She cared for Olive as if she were one of her own, and that kind of love and attention is something you can’t teach. She was always quick to respond, happy to answer every question I had, and made me feel completely at ease the entire time. I would absolutely book with Elizabeth again in a heartbeat, and I’m so grateful I found her. “Weilin was awesome and phenomenal with Leo. This was our first time leaving Leo for a long time for boarding for almost a month and we were super nervous in leaving our fur baby alone. However, Weilin was amazing with him. Right from start she recommended a meet and greet, and drove close to our place to meet Leo and also brought one of her dog and made us super comfortable. She was always available whenever I had question, even though it was late for her. She sent me daily videos and pictures of Leo, and also picked and dropped him off to our place. Weilin also spotted a potential ear infection in Leo, quickly messaged me and took him to vet. She was also kind enough to treat him by applying medicine in his ears. Weilin's dogs were also super amazing. They played with Leo and made him feel even more comfortable while away. Leo will sleep on her dog QQ's bed and both Weilin and QQ made sure that Leo feels loved and happy at their place. Leo was super sad after she dropped Leo back when we returned, as he missed Weilin and her dogs.When she dropped off Leo, Leo wanted to go back with her. I couldn't have been more happier and will be using Weilin as my long term sitter, as I can relax and enjoy my vacation, with peace of my mind knowing Leo has been cared well for. I am certified with Wag! as well and have been working with horses for 5-6 years so i’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and ages and other pets you might have in your home. T is a few days where my hours may change, but overall I am available at all times of day every day to fit your needs. Times are subject to change and if I ever have a conflict I will be sure to notify you with proper prior notice to ensure your pets are taken care of. If there is fences at your home I will always be sure to lock and close them behind me if your pets are inside, I am also well versed in handling larger dogs/animals so I will not easily be pushed to the side if your pet is prone to doing so. I am confident in my animal handling skills and if your dog needs to be fenced in or crated I am confident I can do so.
About: I just want to be around animals, especially dogs. I have had dogs my whole life, from yorkies to corgis to German shepards. I am best for walks and drop-ins. I do work full time so am not typically available for overnight stays. Always feel free to reach out with questions/requests! I have a full time job, but have a flexible schedule. About: Both dogs and cats have been a part of my life for a while now. In the last few years I've transitioned from cat to dog owner. I pride myself in training both my dogs to be well-behaved, loving and friendly. I've helped care for dogs belonging to friends and family, and if I'm not caring for a dog you'll likely find me at a park with my dogs doing a lot of outdoor activities! About: I have been a dog owner for more than half of my life, my mom bred Rottweilers and I have all other sorts of dogs of different sizes and shapes. About: I’ve taken care of many cats and dogs throughout my life. I enjoy spending time with pets and getting to know them brings me joy. I love helping others in a way that I’m able to. I currently work a part-time job so I would be able to spend time with your babies (pets). I am planning on leaving my part-time job in order to be even more focused on pet care. “Weilin was awesome and phenomenal with Leo. This was our first time leaving Leo for a long time for boarding for almost a month and we were super nervous in leaving our fur baby alone. However, Weilin was amazing with him. Right from start she recommended a meet and greet, and drove close to our place to meet Leo and also brought one of her dog and made us super comfortable. She was always available whenever I had question, even though it was late for her. She sent me daily videos and pictures of Leo, and also picked and dropped him off to our place. Weilin also spotted a potential ear infection in Leo, quickly messaged me and took him to vet. She was also kind enough to treat him by applying medicine in his ears. Weilin's dogs were also super amazing. They played with Leo and made him feel even more comfortable while away. Leo will sleep on her dog QQ's bed and both Weilin and QQ made sure that Leo feels loved and happy at their place. Leo was super sad after she dropped Leo back when we returned, as he missed Weilin and her dogs.When she dropped off Leo, Leo wanted to go back with her. I couldn't have been more happier and will be using Weilin as my long term sitter, as I can relax and enjoy my vacation, with peace of my mind knowing Leo has been cared well for. About: Kevin and I have both been caring for dogs and many other types of animals for our entire lives and absolutely couldn’t envision our life without several animals. Kevin has grown up around a family dog business - participating in AKC scent trials, agility training, boarding and almost any other type of dog event & training you can imagine. I’ve had cats and dogs my entire lifetime and used to help foster kittens as a child and teenager. We currently have two dogs, several cats, chickens, turkeys and more. Your animals will be in safe and caring hands with us! We both work but set our own schedules and/or work from home so your dog will rarely, if ever, be left alone. Since we have animals of our own, caring for additional pets is not a problem and part of our normal lifestyle. We have a large fenced dog run outside, in home kennel area, along with crates for crate trained dogs. Our property is about 5 acres and fully fenced with front gates so dogs cannot leave the area. We also have a couple large lawns we use for doggy playtime, fetch and training sessions.
