“Very attentive and although he only had 30 minutes he still made sure to play, give treats, and cuddle with them. Went above and beyond what we requested.”

“Jamie was such a rockstar! We had a last minute change of plans around kitten care that meant we were looking for help the day before our trip. Jaimie swooped in like a hero and saved the day. He was friendly, communicative, thorough, and sent us dozens of photos of our happy kittens during his visits. I also really love that he sent a photo of their food bowl and empty litter box each visit as well. When we returned it was to happy, healthy kittens, and everything in the house as it should be. We couldn't have been more thrilled.”
“Stephen was awesome with my two cats. He came everyday we were gone, left detailed notes on how they were, and stayed to play with them. He’s my new go-to cat sitter!”

“Kyani always goes above and beyond for our fur babies. She even noticed a precautionary water advisory and made sure to go get jugs of filtered water for them. My husband and I are so impressed by her level of attention and care for our doggies and it gives us such peace of mind while away.”

About: I’m a lifelong dog person — there’s never been a time in my life without one! These days, my chocolate lab is enjoying his well-earned retirement (walks are officially off his agenda), which means I have all this love and energy to give. I would absolutely love to be your dog’s favorite part of the day! I currently work full time, as a hybrid employee so I’m working for home at least two days for home with a flexible schedule. That gives me plenty of time to walk your dog or check in on them. For drop in visits and dog walking, I would follow your request for your dogs needs. At this time, I am not doing overnight stays
“Abby is the sweetest!! She played with my cat Pasha every day and kept her fed and watered. She sent me tons of photos and was so quick to respond :) Pasha seemed so happy throughout Abby’s visits and I returned to a such happy cat! 100% will be booking Abby in the future.”

“Laura was a great cat sitter. She asked thoughtful questions before her visit, did a stellar job following our instructions, and our kitties were happy and well-fed upon our return! She's an excellent communicator which is very important to us, and kept us up-to-date on all the happenings while we were away, including sending multiple pictures a day. 10/10 would recommend.”

“This was my first time using Rover and doing drop In visits. I would definitely recommend. Hannah was excellent with my timid little older dog that had a slipped disc. He warmed up to her quickly, was excited to see her when she came and didn’t want her to leave; she took the best care of him. She left detailed updates daily with pictures. I was away for a week and she even offered to water my plants. I will definitely use Hannah again! Thank you so much!”

About: With 15 years of dedicated pet care experience, I’ve had the joy of looking after a wide variety of dogs—from tiny Yorkshire Terriers to strong Pit Bulls and gentle Great Danes. I’m passionate about providing personalized, loving attention to each furry friend, ensuring they feel safe, happy, and comfortable while their owners are away. Whether it’s playtime, walks, or cuddles, your pet’s well-being is my top priority. I know more than anyone that these are not merely pets, but family and friends. You can trust me to treat your pets like family! Hello, I currently work during the day as an office manager at a local advertising agency. My schedule is hybrid - I work form home Mondays and Fridays, so I am very flexible. I currently live in a cozy one bedroom apartment in the McKinley Heights negihborhood. There is both a front and backyard in my building but I also often walk to Lafayette Square, which is nearby.
“She was communicative and went above and beyond for my two kitties :) she was the first person I hired on here, so I’m really happy that my first experience went so well! What a relief that there are hard working people who also care about pets in STL!”

About: I grew up with a dog and helped care for various family members pets. I cared for my roommates dog in undergrad and law school. More recently I’ve been the go-to dog sitter for sister when she’s vacationing. I have love and affection for all animals. Most of experience is with older or rescue dogs but I would enjoy taking care of puppies and cats! I am currently working full-time (Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm) but will soon transition to part-time work. I work 5 minutes from my job so I can come home midday for potty breaks and walks when boarding. My weekends are completely open! My condo building has a fenced in dog park and gated parking lot with grassy areas. My unit is on the first floor with a door to the outside. No elevator or stairs required. I live in walking distance to Lafayette Square Park for longer dog walks.

About: I am a lifelong dog lover with hands-on experience, including volunteering at the Humane Society. I provide dependable, caring walks and treat every dog like family. I work full time for the St Louis Blues but I have an hour long lunch, work ends at 4 pm and I have most weekends available. I grew up with dogs my whole life so I am more than comfortable around dogs all shapes and sizes. I love to walk so they'll get plenty of exercise. I volunteer at the humane society so I feel more than comfortable creating a safe environment. I live alone and have no pets so I will be able to give your dog my full attention.
About: I have been taking care of pets from 5 years old. My dog, Winnie, is now 16 years old and still kickin’! He lives in Tennessee with my parents. I have grown up taking care of dogs and have a lot of experience with different breeds. I adopted my sweet kitty, Noodle, when he was 11. He’s now around 19 years old and has accidents on occasion, so I am used to messes with senior and young pets. I am currently working part time, but I am available during the morning and late afternoon. My weekends are mostly free. I keep my phone around at all times, so I am pretty flexible: I will always make sure your pet has clean water and the recommended amount of food. I will clean up any accidents if they occur and notify you of any abnormal behavior. You will also receive plenty of pet photos!
“Emily was great in coming to check-in on Leo a little short notice due to a trip I was on and some changes in plans in who was checking on him. As always Emily was super communicative and helpful 😊 I am so glad she was available to watch him.”

“Lauren took care of my three cats prior to their introduction and having to juggle multiple separate areas and requests keeping them cozy and cared for. They’re not quick to socialize with new people but warmed up to her fast! I would definitely recommend her and ask for her help in the future”

About: Since I was a little girl, I’ve known I was meant to work with animals. It’s more than a passion—it’s my purpose. Pets have always brought me peace, joy, and fulfillment, whether they were mine or someone else’s. Over the years, I’ve raised everything from Great Danes to Pit-Husky mixes. I currently care for my special-needs English Mastiff, Kayser, and have supported senior and rescue dogs—each requiring patience, trust, and personalized care. Motivated by my commitment to animal well-being, I returned to school to pursue my dog training certification. I also hold certifications in animal welfare, pet CPR, and first aid. My approach is rooted in positive reinforcement and a strong belief in creating an informed, compassionate pet guardian community. My mission is to be a bridge between animals and their guardians—prioritizing not just obedience, but behavioral health, emotional enrichment, and the deeper bond that comes from truly understanding and nurturing the whole animal. Pet care is a part of my everyday routine, so I’ve learned to build my schedule around it. I’m usually up early to handle morning feedings, walks, and check-ins, which leaves me available mid-morning through early afternoon for appointments, training sessions, or visits. I also keep some flexibility in the evenings and weekends for clients who need extra support or who have specific routines for their pets. Because animals are part of my daily life, fitting in care—whether mine or someone else’s—comes naturally. When I care for pets in a client’s home, I treat their space with the same respect and attention I’d want in my own. I stick closely to the routines the pet is familiar with—whether that’s feeding times, walk schedules, medication, or playtime—because consistency helps them feel secure. I take my time to build trust with each animal, using gentle handling and positive reinforcement. I also pay close attention to their behavior and energy, so I can catch any signs of stress or discomfort early. My goal is always to keep pets calm, comfortable, and happy in their own environment while giving families peace of mind knowing their pets are in caring, capable hands.

Taylor went above and beyond watching my cat. She made sure to play with her and could tell she cleaned up after since my feline requires thawed food. She remembered to do a few small tasks I mentioned only during the initial visit and was shocked by her great memory. Not to mention the cutest pictures. She even went back to check on my girl to comfort her during fireworks voluntarily! Glad I found her and will be recommending to anyone who needs a sitter.

I would 100% recommend Charnell. She took great care of Attila and the pictures she sent were very cute. She also responded very quickly whenever I had a problem, she made the whole process incredibly easy. I will probably use her again if I ever need a cat sitter

Gabbie is great! My pup is pretty shy and going through some health concerns. Gabbie was attentive to what my dog needs, has been consistently on-time and has built up trust with her in the span of a week. Sadie seems really excited when Gabbie comes by and seems to enjoy their mid-day play sessions!

Kyani always goes above and beyond for our fur babies. She even noticed a precautionary water advisory and made sure to go get jugs of filtered water for them. My husband and I are so impressed by her level of attention and care for our doggies and it gives us such peace of mind while away.

It was our 1st time having a person to check in on our cat Maggie and it just went so well! Brooklyn took good care of her as if she were her own. She spent time playing with her and showing her kindness. Maggie soaked it up and returned the love by rolling on the floor wanting her tummy patted. We will definitely be requesting Brooklyn in our future trips away. Thank you much Brooklyn!!

I am SO grateful to have found TzuYu to check in on my cats while I was out of town! She is not only kind and great with animals, but she is also incredibly thorough in getting the full rundown of their routine and making sure they get some play in during her drop-ins. Cannot recommend her enough!
