Hello, I'm Jenn! I started dog walking in September 2018; prior to that, I had occasionally cared for neighbors' pets when they were on vacation. I’ve been caring for pets on Rover since January 2023. I’m primarily experienced with dogs and cats, but I’m open to caring for pets of all kinds. I've been an animal person my entire life. I love and respect all animals. I have volunteered at a local shelter for 15+ years, socializing and walking dogs and puppies of all different sizes, ages, and temperaments. My volunteer work has given me experience with shy dogs and dogs who may be reactive to everyday triggers (dogs, people, bikes, carts, etc.). I stay calm, create space when needed, and prioritize safe, positive walks. I have taken Pet First Aid. In November 2017, I completed the Animal Welfare Assistant Certificate Program at St. Louis Community College. I’d be happy to help with drop-ins and walks. Message me anytime! Safety, trust & environment
When at your home, I would try to the best of my ability to follow your pet's daily life and keep their schedule as close to normal as possible. I would follow your instructions regarding your animal companions and home. I will provide regular updates if that is what you want.

This is my second time booking cat sitting with Jenn, this time was a little more last minute and she was luckily available and happy to jump in and take care of my cat. Olive was a little more standoff-ish this time around but, I'd just been gone for a week for work so I think she was stressed. Nevertheless I can tell from the photos she was happy and a little flirty with Jenn and was happy for the company (and the food). I would definitely recommend Jenn - she is great with photos and videos of my beloved little friend when I'm away.

Jenn is an outstanding walker for my dog, Oakley. She was consistent and on time with every walk. She was flexible when I needed to switch days during the week. She walked Oakley in all kinds of weather. Most importantly, I could tell from the pictures she sent that Oakley enjoyed himself and was well cared for on the walks. I strongly recommend Jenn for your dog walking needs!
Always responsive and takes great care of our girl!
Jenn took great care of our fur-babies over a long holiday vacation! She even did the cat dishes which we did not ask her to do!! She took photos with each drop-in visit (and even one video!), which helped keep our minds at ease while we were away. She was very communicative and prompt and clear with responses when we had questions. Highly recommend! Thank you!
