Hello, I'm Jenn! I started dog walking in September 2018; prior to that, I had occasionally cared for neighbors' pets when they were on vacation. I’ve been caring for pets on Rover since January 2023. I’m primarily experienced with dogs and cats, but I’m open to caring for pets of all kinds. I've been an animal person my entire life. I love and respect all animals. I have volunteered at a local shelter for 15+ years, socializing and walking dogs and puppies of all different sizes, ages, and temperaments. My volunteer work has given me experience with shy dogs and dogs who may be reactive to everyday triggers (dogs, people, bikes, carts, etc.). I stay calm, create space when needed, and prioritize safe, positive walks. I have taken Pet First Aid. In November 2017, I completed the Animal Welfare Assistant Certificate Program at St. Louis Community College. I’d be happy to help with drop-ins and walks. Message me anytime! Safety, trust & environment
When at your home, I would try to the best of my ability to follow your pet's daily life and keep their schedule as close to normal as possible. I would follow your instructions regarding your animal companions and home. I will provide regular updates if that is what you want.

Jenn was available on short notice to take care of my 2 kitties. She came over to meet them and was very sweet and patient. She was able to give my cat Sherlock his medicine without any issues and she sent me photos and video each day when she visited which made me feel so much more at ease while I was away. Would highly recommend her to care for your pets and won’t hesitate to have her care for mine again in the future!
Jenn was awesome! She helped me with my puppy when I really needed someone very last minute at an awkward time. 5/5 stars, would recommend!
Jenn took great care of my disabled 11 year old dog. He's a wheelchair user and needs help down the stairs to do his business. I appreciated her updates and clear communication so much!
Jenn has done check ins on my cat, and walked my dog. She is always a great communicator, and goes above and beyond to help out. She even got some photos of my very shy kitty the last time she watched her, which is an amazing feat!

Jenn is a great sitter! She is really consistent and has done some last minute sits for me on several occasions. I highly recommend!

Pet Care is my main job. I have other things I do, but I work them around any Pet care job that I have at that moment.
