About: I currently own two dogs a mini Australian Shepard and a cocker spaniel. But, my family is a huge dog loving family and I have also owned labs, retrievers, and collies. I have a fenced backyard with a doggy door that holds about an acre of land and I live on a very quiet road with hiking trails across from my house that I bring my dogs into all the time! I’m work 3 times a week at Ridgewood Country Club in Danbury. I can leave during my breaks to tend to your pets. If they are staying at my home I have a doggy door and fenced in backyard. And then the remainder of the week I am free! I have a doggy door inside my home with a fenced in backyard for the 3 days I can’t be at home all day long. All other days I would love to take the dogs hiking and make sure they have a great time! I do own two dogs that are very friendly. But they can also be seperated into my basement if other dog is not friends with them. I also have a lot of experience with cat sitting my neighbors cats.

My latest Akita Diablo passed away 5 years ago and I haven't gotten another dog since his passing so currently I have no dogs. I only have chinchillas and a hamster as of now. I have a lot of experience working with dogs and they seem to feel relaxed and comfortable when in my care, making this the perfect job for me. I know how to approach these animals in a way that is non-threatening to reduce their anxiety and to help them relax. I can help to maintain the routine they are used to, so they will not get anxious or feel so alone while their owners are away. I have extensive knowledge concerning the different breeds of dogs and I know how to take care of them properly. I understand that some breeds have special needs and that the age of the dog will play a major role in how to take care of them. You can depend on me to provide excellent service and to take great care of your dog/dogs. I know what questions to ask to make sure I understand their specific needs. I will be full time dedicated to your furry child, providing walks and play time as much as needed! There is nothing I wouldn't do to make your dog feel comfortable and keep their schedule to your liking. Please provide a list with your dog's habits so I can make sure they feel at home. I'm currently off from work during the summer and during the school year I only work part time at an elementary school down the road from me (2 1/2 hrs) , So I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups! About: I’ve been dog and cat sitting all my life. I also fostered a mid-size mixed terrier. I have two cats of my own. I love how all animals have amazing personalities! I can do dog walking, cat check ins with waste clean-up or over nights which ever you may need. I know how to administer meds to both cats and dogs. It is so important to have your furry loved ones pampered while you are away! I am retired so my availability is flexible. I also enjoy sending photos of your four legged loved one while you are away! I have also watched chickens, turtles, guinea pigs, snakes and iguanas. Looking forward to hearing from you! I am retired so I have a flexible schedule! I can go during the day or stay overnight at your home. Whichever you feel most comfortable with would work! When I come to your house, besides walking/feeding, I do waste cleanup as well. Of course, playing is a must! About: I have been a volunteer for the Humane Society in a few places I lived in. My full time job also had me working with dogs on various pet friendly projects. I am very mild mannered and easy to get along with. Dogs tend to feel comfortable around me. I am also very active and can play with dogs and provide them the energy and exercise they need. I also was a member associate for Scenthound briefly in 2025. I have am very reliable and dependable and if I take on a project, will do all out and make sure it is done to the fullest extent. About: I have taken care of my own pets as well as pets of family and friends. I currently have two dogs, Sargent and Spock, and a cat named Chip. I love all animals and most pets warm up to me right away :)) I am currently home in between the college semesters. I am going into my junior year at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH as a Psychology and Criminal Justice Double Major. I am currently taking one online class and need work in between homework 😁 I am unable to bring pets to my own home due to my dogs and cat; however, I love to play with dogs outside. Normally, I play with a dog outside, getting them to run around a bit, for as long as they can until they are ready to stop playing. Once the dog is ready to stop playing, I find dogs love to sit in the sun on a sunny day and I will sit outside with the dog until it is time to leave.
