About: Hi, I’m Katie! 🐾 I’m a lifelong animal lover, mom of four, and experienced pet caregiver who genuinely believes our pets are part of the family. I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities, and I understand how important it is to find someone you can truly trust with your pets. I’m attentive to routines, feeding instructions, medications, exercise needs, and all those little quirks that make your pet unique. I have experience with dogs, cats, puppies, and a variety of animals through our own busy little homestead. Whether your pup needs a good walk, some playtime, companionship while you’re away, or simply lots of love and attention, I’m happy to help! My goal is for you to feel completely comfortable knowing your pets are safe, cared for, and getting plenty of affection while you’re away. I’ll treat them like they’re my own—and I’m always happy to send updates and photos so you don’t miss them too much! ❤️ I’d love the opportunity to meet you and your pets! Pet care is already a natural part of my daily routine! I care for my own dogs, cats, ducks, and chickens every day, so I’m very comfortable with the responsibility and consistency that comes with caring for animals. I’m home full-time for most of the day, with only school drop-offs/pick-ups and occasional errands taking me away. Because of that, I have a very flexible schedule and can provide frequent potty breaks, typically every 1–2 hours, as well as regular check-ins, walks, playtime, feeding, and companionship. I love being home and having animals around, so pet care fits naturally into my lifestyle rather than feeling like just another job. 🐾 I tailor care to each pet’s individual needs, personality, routine, and comfort level. For boarding and doggy daycare in my home, pets become part of our household routine with plenty of attention, supervised play, potty breaks, and downtime. I have a large home and a country setting, so there’s room for pets to be comfortable and enjoy their time here. For dog sitting and walks, I follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible—including feeding schedules, medications, exercise, potty breaks, and any special instructions. I’m home full-time for the most part, so I’m able to provide frequent care and attention rather than leaving pets alone for long stretches. Most importantly, I want your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I’ll communicate with you throughout their stay or visit and am happy to send photos and updates so you know how they’re doing. 🐾

About: All dogs need love, even when you're busy. That’s where I step in! I’ll make sure no love is lost and keep your fur family entertained while you’re away :) I have worked with many dogs outside of the Rover app and love them all - big or small, old or young, stubborn or sweet - and I would love to meet and care for your dog(s) too when you can’t. I may have my toddler in tow with me at times, who loves dogs as well, but if needed I can arrange someone to care for her while I complete the booking. So please communicate if your furry companion is not toddler friendly. Thanks for booking with me, I can’t wait to play with your furry family member! :) I am currently a SAHM, so I have a pretty flexible schedule unless my child happens to get sick or there's an emergency situation. As of right now I do not offer boarding but after our house is finished with some renovations it might be a possibility, as long as they are potty-trained, friendly, good with kids, and get along with my golden/shepard/husky mix.

About: One of my greatest joys is seeing happy dogs with big smiles and full body wags. I understand the stress and anxiety that comes with leaving your fur babies at home while being away and I would love to be there comfort while you are gone!! I have experience with all different breeds, sizes, temperaments, and ages! I have had my own dogs from the beginning fun puppy stages, to the softness of there senior years, and held them in my arms on their final journey. I am more than capable of giving liquid or oral medication, following special dietary needs, or noticing any pain/ discomfort your fur babies need. I also have experience with giving shots, ear and eye drops, wound care, and mobility help as I have had special needs dogs. I’m currently full time pet care, and house sitting. My schedule is readily available and completely open to assist with overnight stays, walking, hiking, playing, and cuddles! I will follow any specific directives given, as I know the stress and heartache of being separated from each other. I understand the importance of routine in an animals life. Currently I have two fur babies and know structure and consistency is key. As well as an abundance of love and quality time with each other. My dogs are truly my best friends and I look forward to loving yours as my own.

About: Dog park adventures if they have a county dog license. I am an Eagle Scout. I have a kiddie sized pool for the dogs to play in. I have alot of tennis balls & toys for your pets to play with. I have a fenced in yard for the dogs to play in. I have 30+ years of experience caring for Animals of all types. I am available after 2pm during the week. I work Wednesday thru Sunday until after 2pm. My days off are Monday & Tuesday. Every other week I work 10 AM to 6 PM Friday/Saturday/Sunday. I will pick up/drop off your pets if needed for an additional cost. I will take them to the vet if needed. I live in Texas Township, Kalamazoo County, Michigan, United States of America. I am available all week so I will have plenty of time to care for your fur baby during those days. I work Wednesday thru Sunday from 6am to 2pm; every other week on Friday/Saturday/Sunday I work 10 AM to 6 PM. I can take dog boarding requests after 2 pm. I have a fenced in yard & a couple of tieouts. I also have 3 pets: a cat & 2 dogs to keep your fur baby company. Your fur baby can be let out every 0-2 hours for potty breaks or for fresh air.

About: I used to be a groomer at a local business and took care of so many different dogs! I love being around any animals truly, but dogs hold a special place in my heart! I am currently in college to be an Ultrasound Tech. I am available throughout the weekdays almost anytime needed unless I have something come up with work! I treat every client’s home and pets with the utmost care and respect! During visits, I follow their exact feeding and potty routine, make sure water bowls are always clean and full, wipe paws if it’s messy outside, and give them plenty of attention and playtime. I always ensure doors and gates are securely locked and keep you updated with photos so you have total peace of mind while you're away.

About: I’ve taken care of my friends and family’s pets for 7 years all different sizes. Big and small and I love every minute of it! I’m currently working part time in Kalamazoo but Still have plenty of time to be able to play with your pets! My schedule does change weekly. I play with them, feed them and take them on walks. If they want they can sleep in my room or bed with me as well!

About: I have taken care of pets my whole life and have house sat for pets of all types in my neighborhood, I love taking pets on walks and visiting dog parks. I am currently a college student that is free during the summer besides having online classes. I go to the gym in the morning but otherwise am quite free, just tending to my apartment. I have had multiple cats and dogs in the past and have volunteered at animal shelters so have a ton of knowledge on proper care for animals. I am also great at following instructions.

About: Hi my name is Christie and I am a huge Animal Lover! To me, dogs and cats aren’t just animals they are lifelong companions. 💕 I have many years of experience caring for a multitude of animals (40 to be exact). As a kid, we had dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, birds you name it. In high school, I worked for a groomer and learned a lot about how to properly care for different animals. I've always had a passion for rescuing because of my mom and her love of rescuing/saving animals in need of a home. It’s something that she passed down to me. About: I've been boarding dogs in my home, for clients, for over 16 years. I'm quite fond of my temporary, furry family members. I enjoy taking the dogs on walks around my great neighborhood and on trails around town. I am happy to offer a very loving and playful environment for your pet. I have two cats, one that thinks he's a dog and loves all of our guests and one that just hides out of site. We look forward to meeting you and your furry family members! IMPORTANT: We do ask that if your dog has issues going to the bathroom in the house, that you be very honest about this and bring a crate for your pet, for moments we aren't home and for evenings. I'm very open and have a extremely flexible schedule. I look forward to meeting you dogs and taking the best care of them while you're away. I have also been dog training, walking, daycare, boarding and pet/dog sitting and grooming for years. I've also fostered many dogs, animals are such a passion of mine! Experience with long term care of large pit bull that needed training assistance in Arizona. I also housesat and petsat for a family with a large Weimaraner who had special needs (nervous problems especially) in Kalamazoo, Michigan that I had to be extra sensitive and mindful to. (Each of these families both kept me on for multiple years, depending on my location at the time.) CATS (very experienced and skilled with cats - my knowledge of them is above and beyond, as I have 2 of my own myself, both rescues.) (2) Rabbits - one was my roommates; the other belongs to a very close friend and her Husband. I am experienced feeding them and I have knowledge of their temperaments and needs. Reptile experience: 2 Snakes (I am not comfortable feeding them mice, however, sorry about that, but I am experienced with humidifying their environments and checking up on them - fearlessly!) Please just ask me! :) My Mom passed away last summer and I decided to move back home to Michigan and take a year off to tend to my Father, being that I’m an only child and he’s my only family left. I am grateful to be back home in Michigan, and I’d like to utilize my free time wisely - pet sitting / house sitting / spending time with animals brings me peace and joy! My career consisted of a tremendous amount of safety and security tasks. I am a reputable individual with drive and passion and I love connecting with people. I can’t wait to meet you and your fur babies!!! I am available in the greater West Michigan area. If you are not in Kalamazooo, I am more than willing to travel to you for a small fee, depending how far it takes for me to drive to you. I want you to be at comfort and ease while you’re away, so I always ask for a little note about your expectations of me, your pet(s) feeding schedule, walking schedule and typical routes, what is ok/not ok in regards to (being on the furniture, offering treats, jumping on people - I don’t mind being jumped on at all by a cute dog, but if that’s something you’re trying to train your dog NOT to do, please note that, for example, so I can contribute to your training rather than mess it up. My home is open to dogs (only one at a time) who are OK being around my cat, Oliver. He has been acclimated with dogs.. and I would typically keep them separated if you want me to watch them in my home. I have an apartment, and we have a nice dog park.. but do keep in mind; I might have to fluctuate your fees depending on what adjustments I may need to make to my home or lifestyle to accommodate your pet in my home temporarily! In your home, I am very respectable and trustworthy (with plenty of references so you feel comfortable). I don’t mind doing light cleaning while I am in your space, I always clean up after myself and your pet while you are away. Again, any expectations of me? Just inform me! :)
