About: I am an animal lover; I have been my entire life.I have experience working with senior animals, I have experience with administering all medications; whether it’s injections, oral liquids, or pills, or topicals. I treat my dog and my cat like they’re part of my family. I want your pets to feel loved while you’re away, so I will do everything I can to ensure that happens. I will make sure they are fed exactly as you need me to, I will administer medications (if they need them), we will go on walks, and if they are allowed to sleep in a bed, they can sleep with me also. I will make sure your home is straightened up before your return as well. I have a completely open schedule; so I can stop over any time of the day that you need care. About: As of right now i have become available full time for Rover! I have a 9 year old dog and 3 year old of my own very playful and full of energy. There names are Scout and selene. I take animals out at least 3 times a day(if not more) so they will have plenty of time to go do their business and go on walks. I would love to care for your pets in home or for drop in visits. I am available for any type of visit so let me know what your looking for and I can see what I can do! I'll have plenty of time alloted for your pets. Let me know their favorites times for walks, food, play time, etc. I will have them taken care of as if you were taking care of them! I’ve had dogs my entire life and currently have a rescue Jack Russell/Chihuahua mix named Leo, who has taught me so much about patience, behavior, and individualized care. I’ve also cared for cats, guinea pigs, and other small pets over the years. I typically prefer caring for pets in their own home because I believe familiar surroundings help them feel more comfortable and less stressed while you’re away. Most importantly, I’ll treat your pets like they’re my own and make sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for the entire time you’re gone. I need to be in the office 1 full day and another half day for the most part. Depending on my week and schedule I can work where I need to and can adjust based on what you need. Some weeks are busier than others, and typically if I know I can't be available or will be busy for 8 hours or more, I will make myself unavailable. Currently I live in a rental house with a small yard that is not fenced in. I am able to let my dog out in the yard and we also take daily walks. I have a smaller house and prefer to watch dogs in your home if possible. I find that they are much more comfortable in their own home and I can do my best to follow their routine just like you would if you were home.

My schedule is very flexible day to day, so your pets will never been alone for more than 6 hours in my care at any given time. You know the best way to keep your pets safe in the times they are left alone or while traveling so I will always follow any instructions you offer to be sure your pet is being cared for responsibly and effectively.

I also volunteered at an animal shelter for 2 years, where I worked with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities. I’m patient, attentive, and committed to making sure every pet feels safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away! I’m currently available on weekends and evenings during the week (7 PM-10 PM). Starting May/June, I’ll have a much more flexible schedule with increased availability! I provide pet care in my clients’ homes so pets can stay comfortable in their usual environment. I follow all care instructions closely, prioritize safety on walks and during visits, and pay close attention to each pet’s needs and behavior.
