About: Hi, I’m Katie! 🐾 I’m a lifelong animal lover, mom of four, and experienced pet caregiver who genuinely believes our pets are part of the family. I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities, and I understand how important it is to find someone you can truly trust with your pets. I’m attentive to routines, feeding instructions, medications, exercise needs, and all those little quirks that make your pet unique. I have experience with dogs, cats, puppies, and a variety of animals through our own busy little homestead. Whether your pup needs a good walk, some playtime, companionship while you’re away, or simply lots of love and attention, I’m happy to help! My goal is for you to feel completely comfortable knowing your pets are safe, cared for, and getting plenty of affection while you’re away. I’ll treat them like they’re my own—and I’m always happy to send updates and photos so you don’t miss them too much! ❤️ I’d love the opportunity to meet you and your pets! Pet care is already a natural part of my daily routine! I care for my own dogs, cats, ducks, and chickens every day, so I’m very comfortable with the responsibility and consistency that comes with caring for animals. I’m home full-time for most of the day, with only school drop-offs/pick-ups and occasional errands taking me away. Because of that, I have a very flexible schedule and can provide frequent potty breaks, typically every 1–2 hours, as well as regular check-ins, walks, playtime, feeding, and companionship. I love being home and having animals around, so pet care fits naturally into my lifestyle rather than feeling like just another job. 🐾 I tailor care to each pet’s individual needs, personality, routine, and comfort level. For boarding and doggy daycare in my home, pets become part of our household routine with plenty of attention, supervised play, potty breaks, and downtime. I have a large home and a country setting, so there’s room for pets to be comfortable and enjoy their time here. For dog sitting and walks, I follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible—including feeding schedules, medications, exercise, potty breaks, and any special instructions. I’m home full-time for the most part, so I’m able to provide frequent care and attention rather than leaving pets alone for long stretches. Most importantly, I want your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I’ll communicate with you throughout their stay or visit and am happy to send photos and updates so you know how they’re doing. 🐾

About: I am an animal lover; I have been my entire life.I have experience working with senior animals, I have experience with administering all medications; whether it’s injections, oral liquids, or pills, or topicals. I treat my dog and my cat like they’re part of my family. I want your pets to feel loved while you’re away, so I will do everything I can to ensure that happens. I will make sure they are fed exactly as you need me to, I will administer medications (if they need them), we will go on walks, and if they are allowed to sleep in a bed, they can sleep with me also. I will make sure your home is straightened up before your return as well. I have a completely open schedule; so I can stop over any time of the day that you need care. Whether it’s early morning, or late evening, I can make that work for you. I will treat your home as if it is my own home. I will clean up after your pet and myself. I can administer medications (if needed), I will feed as you need me to; and I promise to give your pet lots of love and cuddles.

About: I’ve taken care of my friends and family’s pets for 7 years all different sizes. Big and small and I love every minute of it! I’m currently working part time in Kalamazoo but Still have plenty of time to be able to play with your pets! My schedule does change weekly. I play with them, feed them and take them on walks. If they want they can sleep in my room or bed with me as well!

About: I pay close attention to each dog’s unique personality and needs — from high-energy adventurers who love long walks to gentle souls who just want cuddles and calm company. You can count on me for dependable communication, updates, and plenty of photos so you always feel connected and at ease. I’m currently working part time as a babysitter so my schedule is quite flexible. Tuesdays are taken up but outside of that I’m very flexible! I have a dog friendly home with an open back yard. All dogs will be leashed at all times whether in your home or mine. Dogs in my home are dog friendly as well!

About: I have three years of experience working at a reputable dog daycare, one year of experience working alongside a trainer, training puppies, and one year of experience working as a trainer assistant, assisting with training service dogs. I also have experience caring for my own dogs, rodents, and ducks. I have time to offer drop-ins or walks during the week—most mornings, afternoons, and evenings. In most cases, I will come to your house to care for your animal, so that they feel safe and comfortable in their normal, day to day environment.

About: I've been around dogs my whole life, as many of us have. I think what sets me apart is patience and experience providing medical care for elder pets. I'd be delighted to care for your family members. An open, flexible schedule allows me to care for pets any evening, for any weekend. Willing and able to assist clients with medication administration to pets on a strict schedule. Patience and consistency is key to quality pet care. About: I’ve been caring for dogs my whole life! Not only my own dogs, but friends and neighbors dogs as well. I love animals and they love me. I am flexible and can adapt to serve your pets needs. I have great attention to detail and care for pets in a timely manner, feeding and walking consistently according to their normal schedule to avoid disrupting their routine. I know how tough it is to leave your pets, but I will give them love and care and send as many pictures as you’d like throughout their time with me. I am a grad student and I would be happy to add caring for your pet into my day or week. I have time to let your pet out about every 4-8 hours. My schedule is flexible and I am happy to accommodate any special requests. I do have a part time job with a variable schedule, so depending on the dates I may or may not have to go to work for about 8 hours. I groomed my golden doodle and gave him all his haircuts for several years. I’d be happy to groom your dog too! I will do my best to adjust to feed and walk or play with your dog at the time they are used to so their routine isn’t disturbed.

About: I have extensive pet sitting and house sitting experience. Not only are our pets our companions; they’re our family. It’s important for me to earn the trust of my client - YOU - because you’re allowing me to spend time with your beloved pet(s)! That’s a win win for the both of us! I genuinely adore animals of all kinds and I take my responsibility as their caretaker or nurturer very seriously. -DOGGO EXPERIENCE: Many different breeds, shapes, sizes. Some with special needs. I’ve worked with clients, both known and unknown, as well as family and friends who all are more than willing to provide more in-depth references on me, if you so desire. Experience with long term care of large pit bull that needed training assistance in Arizona. I also housesat and petsat for a family with a large Weimaraner who had special needs (nervous problems especially) in Kalamazoo, Michigan that I had to be extra sensitive and mindful to. (Each of these families both kept me on for multiple years, depending on my location at the time.) CATS (very experienced and skilled with cats - my knowledge of them is above and beyond, as I have 2 of my own myself, both rescues.) (2) Rabbits - one was my roommates; the other belongs to a very close friend and her Husband. I am experienced feeding them and I have knowledge of their temperaments and needs. Reptile experience: 2 Snakes (I am not comfortable feeding them mice, however, sorry about that, but I am experienced with humidifying their environments and checking up on them - fearlessly!) I am grateful to be back home in Michigan, and I’d like to utilize my free time wisely - pet sitting / house sitting / spending time with animals brings me peace and joy! My career consisted of a tremendous amount of safety and security tasks. I am a reputable individual with drive and passion and I love connecting with people. I can’t wait to meet you and your fur babies!!! I am available in the greater West Michigan area. If you are not in Kalamazooo, I am more than willing to travel to you for a small fee, depending how far it takes for me to drive to you. I want you to be at comfort and ease while you’re away, so I always ask for a little note about your expectations of me, your pet(s) feeding schedule, walking schedule and typical routes, what is ok/not ok in regards to (being on the furniture, offering treats, jumping on people - I don’t mind being jumped on at all by a cute dog, but if that’s something you’re trying to train your dog NOT to do, please note that, for example, so I can contribute to your training rather than mess it up. My home is open to dogs (only one at a time) who are OK being around my cat, Oliver. He has been acclimated with dogs.. and I would typically keep them separated if you want me to watch them in my home. I have an apartment, and we have a nice dog park.. but do keep in mind; I might have to fluctuate your fees depending on what adjustments I may need to make to my home or lifestyle to accommodate your pet in my home temporarily! In your home, I am very respectable and trustworthy (with plenty of references so you feel comfortable). I don’t mind doing light cleaning while I am in your space, I always clean up after myself and your pet while you are away. Again, any expectations of me? Just inform me! :)
