About: I’ve recently been able to manage 4 dogs who had to be separated by twos in separate rooms. This was probably one of my most difficult tasks to handle, it was 2 frenchies and then my regular dogs I dog sit for. I ran into a few problems, throwing up in the house, not eating, struggling to separate them at times and not being able to get them into their crates. But eventually I was able to manage a certain style to it. So currently I am enrolled fully at Embry Riddle as a freshman. I am also in AFROTC. But I can be flexible with my schedule in mornings, after 7:30. My Thursdays are open because I have no classes. Most of my classes start around 11 and end around 2-3. Wednesday will probably be a no go, unless it’s in the morning, 7:45-9:30 or late afternoon, 7-9:30. Weekends just let me know in advanced and we can communicate on that, just so I don’t plan to go anywhere. Since I am in college pets can’t be at my dorm at all. Usually in the clients home it depends on their needs for the pets. Does the pet need walks, do I need to let the dog out to go to the bathroom, is the pet on a specific food schedule/diet, or does the pet just need love when the owner is at work for long periods at a time?

While I’ve loved the adventure, one of the things I’ve missed most while being away from home has been spending time with dogs and other animals! I grew up in Prescott and will be home in Arizona for the summer with a very open and flexible schedule. At the moment, I’m available for walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting throughout the week and am excited to build connections with both pets and their owners. I currently have two Australian Cattle Dogs, Max and Jazzy, who are my babies! They’re both 11 years old and still full of energy, so we’re out on daily walks and often exploring local trails and outdoor adventures together. Along with exercise, I make sure they get plenty of playtime, attention, affection, and of course lots of cuddles. Because I have dogs of my own at home, I’m not currently able to offer boarding or care in my home. However, I’m happy to provide walks, drop-in visits, and pet care in my clients’ homes. When caring for your pet, my goal is to maintain their normal routine and make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I’ll treat your dog with the same patience, attention, and care that I give to Max and Jazzy, making sure they get the exercise, companionship, and affection they need.

She was challenged with a senior dog with high separation anxiety. I asked if she’d stay home with my dog more than be away. She spent long days and evenings with my girl just like I asked. She put the dog food, meds and treats in refridge after she noticed a line of ants on my counters. Ashleigh was so kind to voluntarily wash the bedsheets and put new ones on for me. That saved a lot of time for me after a long flight I can’t keep up with all the extras she did for me and my dog. Oh and she’s so fun to talk to as well. I was so pleased she was at a mature age rather than too young to know how to run a household. I feel my dog was in safe hands with Ashleigh and I’m already hiring her for 3 weeks from now for more overnights! She’s trustworthy, reliable and responds timely. About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, big and small, from chiwawa and mini schnauzer to Rottweilers and grest Danes! I’m good with any pet cat or dog! I am really good about managing allergies with pets because my German shepherd deals with a protein allergy to nearly every kind of protein you could find, it’s so bad that the food she eats has to be made in a separate facility that never comes in contact with other food. So I understand pet allergies more than anyone! I’ve also took dog training lessons when my shepherd was a puppy and while I’m not a licensed trainer, I do know a few techniques. I love animals with all my heart and I treat every puppy like the royalty they are! I am currently a flight student and a student athlete at Embry-riddle so weekdays can get busy until later in the day, however weekends and weekday nights I’m all available! Your pet is my sole focus when I’m around, whether is potty breaks and nap time or zoomies and play time I’m all for it! Whatever your dog needs I’m willing to do whatever, even if it seems silly I understand, dogs can be a little funny at times but that’s what makes them special!
