I text her at the beginning of the week asking her what days would work best for my over hyper dog and she gets back to me almost instantly with different options on what days would work best. When it comes to picking up or dropping off my dog she's extremely convenient as well. Let's me know if she's going to be doing something at a certain time and to come earlier or later, or tells me that she has no plans and I can just pick him up whenever. Working with Kelly is a dream come true for any pet owner.”
