“Heidi and Steve are amazing. They took excellent care of our dog, who is truly part of our family. She really enjoyed staying at their home. When we came back to pick her up, it was very comforting to see how happy she was and how well cared for she had been. They looked after her for 20 days, and although we were initially concerned that it might be too long, we felt completely at ease the entire time. Heidi and Steve shared photos and videos with us every day, along with funny stories from their daily routine, which gave us great peace of mind. We are truly grateful to them and highly recommend them.”

I have a young Australian Shepherd who needs a lot of exercise and stimulation and he loved his stay at Camp Caitlin! She was very thorough in understanding his needs and routines in order to keep him safe and happy during his stay and keep the transition as low-stress as possible. We also did a meet and greet ahead of booking so I could see where my pup would be staying which was very comforting. She sent pictures and communicated with me everyday and truly treated my dog as her own. 10/10 would book with her again, for long stays, daycare, walks and everything in between. “Sky being a dog got into a little tiff with one of the dogs - as she has an alpha issue - but these things happen. Jonathan took care of things immediately - informed me and kept me up to date. Dogs will be dogs - By the next morning Sky was fine and everything was back to normal. It’s a huge comfort knowing that even 1200 miles away I don’t have to worry about my fur kid.”
