About: I'd love to accommodate your dog(s) for an overnight stay or daycare! My cozy, air-conditioned home is two blocks from a park, where your pups will enjoy walks and on-leash playtime. We are a 2 minute drive from Fuller Dog Park, if you prefer off leash shenanigans. My home (and my 2 dogs) are best suited to small/medium dogs, up to 60 pounds (with some wiggle room!) I look forward to sharing my humble dog hotel with your hound(s)! I've got nearly 35 years of pet care experience under my belt...I've walked, brushed, medicated, given sub-q fluids, played and snuggled with, and cleaned up after many cats and dogs with a variety of personalities. NOTE: My calendar is updated regularly. Please check my availability before making a request. Thank you! Why I love dog sitting I've loved dogs my whole life. I had my first dog, a miniature schnauzer, from ages 3 to 18. She was loving, loyal, and despite her tiny size, fiercely protective. Since then, I've rarely met a dog I didn't like, and who didn't like me. I've got a great deal of experience administering pills, liquid medications, injections, and providing subcutaneous fluids to both dogs and cats, as well as caring for senior pets. I am enjoying a summer sabbatical, and will be home with your dogs and mine! Your babies will have a safe, fun environment for play, rest, and lots of love. My dogs are older and friendly, and my cat tends to keep to himself when there are other pups around. We spend a lot of time outside, weather permitting, and dogs are not left unattended unless crated for brief periods.

About: I am a lover of all animals! I currently have cats in my house, along with one very friendly dog, as you can see in my photos. Helping people care for their animals has always been a dream of mine. I would be honored to have the opportunity to care for your furry friend! 😃 I am available most weekdays, providing constant care and attention to the pets I visit to play with or take on walks. I’ll always ensure they feel loved, safe, and entertained. I have one dog named Lucky who enjoys daily walks, pets, and snuggles. We also visit the nearby dog park a few times a week.

“Maria was fabulous and I couldn’t recommend her more. It was clear when she stopped by for the meet and greet that she loved and “understood” cats - as possible as that is. She visited the cats 7 days over the Christmas holiday and sent several photos each day along with a report of how things went. I felt much more relaxed knowing she was taking care of them. She even sent photos of them on Christmas with little Christmas scarves. It was adorable! When we got home the house looked the same, the litter boxes were clean, there was ample food and water and she brought our mail in for us. She was also flexible as we originally hired her for 5 days but she clearly gained the trust of our cats so we requested her assistance two more days (instead of having a neighbor stop by). I would highly recommend using Maria for cat sitting and we plan to use her for any future trips.”
