“Heather was fantastic with my pups and my home. She took care of my fur pups especially my senior pup with patience and understanding. I was able to relax knowing they were safe and cared for. I will use Heather again in the future and highly recommend her for sitting.”

“This is our first time using Rover and we were Beyond pleased! John was very attentive in texting us and sending pictures letting us know that everything was being well taken care of while we were away. Looking forward to using the service again and hoping John is available!”

“My dog is so shy around new people, especially in our home so I was so worried. Laquan came to the house and met up with us multiple times before my trip to help get her used to being around a new person. By the time we went on our trip and came back to town, she had gotten so comfortable with him. We’re so grateful for all his help, patience and understanding! We could tell she was taken care of well while we were gone!”

“Kimber was so sweet to our girl, Knoxx! She was always quick to respond to any messages we sent and wanted to make sure that our dog was well taken care of! She sent several pictures and even treated her to a nice long walk at the park! We cannot thank her enough!”

“Meredith did a great job with Marley. My dog has some special needs and it's tough to find people confident enough to care for her. She was super accommodating and kept me reassured that she's able to do it. I'll definitely use her again.”

About: My undergraduate studies in Animal Cognition first brought me to Florida six years ago. I instantly fell in love with the sand, sun, and ability to truly live an outdoor lifestyle. And, it only gets better now that I get to share all these beautiful things with my rescued GSP pup! I have dedicated my professional career to studying the behavior of animals, whether it's marine mammals, horses, or our beloved canine companions. I have recently found myself returning to my passion for dog training and personalizing everyday routines to best suit my clients. Just like many of us paw parents, our pets equally benefit from consistency and familiar support. Taking this extra step to understand your pet's day-to-day routine and specific needs is how I plan to ease you both while you enjoy your time away. Don't worry, we plan on enjoying our time together too as we play, snuggle, and maybe sneak an extra treat or two! Just like you would if you were home 😉 PLEASE NOTE: *A scheduled MEET & GREET with your pet(s) will be REQUIRED prior to finalizing any services. *I have a FULL-TIME job and cannot guarantee midday potty breaks for most bookings. *I currently DO NOT offer boarding or daycare services. I am currently employed FULL-TIME during the weekdays. I am most available to help in the early mornings, evenings, and for overnight stays. Depending on the location of your residence, midday potty breaks may be feasible. I can always provide personal recommendations for daytime sitters/walkers upon request! I DO NOT offer boarding in my home at this time! My rescue pup is focusing on building his confidence, but continues to make friends everywhere we go. I hope to offer in-house boarding services soon. When applicable, vaccination records and references will be required upon booking.

“Luis was wonderful. She set up the meeting before hand and I had to reschedule and she was very accommodating. She communicated with us the entire time we were out of town and she was able to give our puppy his medication while we were gone. We were so relieved to find an animal lover like her. I will definitely be using her again!”

“Easy to communicate with and loves animals so much! Loved that she gave our boy love and snuggles our boy needed! Thank you for keeping us informed every step of the way!”

“I cannot say enough great things about Dian! From the moment we booked, she was communicative, professional, and incredibly thoughtful. She kept me updated throughout the entire stay, sending photos and reassuring messages that put my mind at ease—especially important since one of my pups is a newly rescued dog who can be a bit of a handful. Dian was patient, calm, and so kind. To my surprise (and delight!), my rescue warmed up to her so much faster than I expected. Her calm presence and genuine care made all the difference. As someone who’s super picky (okay, neurotic) when it comes to my dogs and their care, I can confidently say Dian is a 10 out of 10. If you’re considering booking her—stop thinking and just do it. Your pets will be in the absolute best hands!”

About: I have many years of experience, taking care of dogs from dachshunds to dobermans. I love the cuddle bugs but have such a soft spot for shy guys. I only had one dog growing up but I love to meet other furry friends and see how different each ones personality can be! I’m currently in graduate school for Applied behavior analysis. I work part time with kids aside from school. Outside of school I am quite a home body and enjoy the companionship of furry friends. I have 2 cats at home so it’s very kitty friendly. They don’t mind dogs if the dogs don’t mind them. I love the idea of keeping furry friends in their own home to ensure they are comfortable being cared for by a new person.

“Bella loved staying with Cherie. I appreciate that Cherie reassured me that Bella was enjoying her stay. I liked seeing the photos and videos of Bella. I will leave Bella with Cherie anytime I go out of town.”

“Ale was great! She booked on short notice and spent the weekend with our pups! She was very attentive and caring with them to the point they almost seemed disappointed that we were back home! :)”

About: I’ve owned my own dogs for the last 10 years but what really sets me apart is that I am pet CPR certified and I work at a doggy daycare/boarding facility. I work full time as a school teacher and part time as a pet specialist at a daycare/boarding facility. I am available before and after school to walk, play, or feed! With enough notice I could be available on weekends as needed. If you’d like me to stay in your home with your pet for an extended time I will have to be gone during school hours. I am not able to bring pets to my home,, however, I can sit with your pet, walk your pet, feed your pet, or stay for extended times. I will closely follow any rules you set for both your pet and your home. I can ensure your baby is treated like family and if you’d like I can let them play with my dog!

About: I have worked at 3 dog daycares (two in Wilmington, NC and one in Tickfaw, LA) and still maintain a regular client in Louisiana who’s cat i watch multiple times throughout the years. My mother has been a vet tech for (truly i’ve lost count) about 10-15 years, and I have learned how to give dogs medication through her knowledge and my own training at the daycares, so if your pup needs some meds, I can help with that! I pride myself in the care I give animals (cats, dogs, and fish too 🤣) and will always be happy to keep you updated with pictures of your fur baby while you’re gone. I can also help with basic training (sit, down, potty training) while you are away, despite not having an on paper certification. I do not have a part time nor full time job, so I have all the time in the world for your babies! I do not have my own car, but do hope to gain some money from this to get one. I do however, for the time being, have reliable transportation between my significant other and our friend In my own apartment, my dog (a four year old border collie named Kim) relaxes (shocking right??) all day long in her bed, with 2-3 walks every day. She is crate trained, is not bothered by cats (although my significant other is allergic), and prefers hanging out with smaller dogs when we go to the dog park. When I watch my Louisiana client’s cat, the wonderful Mack, he is brushed and given treats each morning, all bowls are washed each morning as well, and each night his litter is cleaned and he is fed special wet food to keep his kidneys in good shape.

“Jeanna is amazing! We felt so comfortable leaving our furry family member in Jeanna’s care. She sent pictures and updates and kept us informed so we didn’t stress. Bert did not want her to leave. Thank you!!”

“Megan is such a sweet soul. We will most definitely use her again! She kept the dogs on their schedule and even took them to the dog park. She kept us informed while we were out of town and gave me a peace of mind that my babies were safe.”

“Marina was excellent at watching all 3 of my dogs. When one was nervous she moved the dog beds closer to her bed so she didnt feel afraid. My dogs have a strict feeding schedule and she was so good with following what I told her to do. When I came home, everything was all made and put together like we had a housekeeper come. She would send me numerous updates and pictures without me asking to help keep a peace of mind. I would have her watch my dogs all the time if I could!”
