About: I recently took a break from dog sitting to focus on caring for my baby. Now that things have settled into a routine, I'm excited to start accepting bookings again! I have 6+ years dog-sitting experience with dogs of many different sizes and temperaments. Personally I have a 85 pound German Shepherd mix, Turbo, a 40 pound labradoodle, Maple, and an 80 pound Rottie/GSD mix named Tater. I thoroughly enjoy playing with them everyday and have learned many training techniques from raising them. I have a great deal of experience caring for a highly allergic and anxious dog. I understand the helplessness that can often come with trying to find a treatment that works. If your dog has allergies/skin issues, or any other special needs, I'm more than happy to help. Rest assured your dog will be given the love and attention they need to feel comfortable in my home. We do have 1 cat (named Sesame) who would prefer to be left alone. If your dog is very reactive around cats this will not be a good fit. I am a stay- at- home mom and my husband works from home, so we can offer a great amount of flexibility with drop-off and pick-up times. Your dog will be supervised 24/7 when in my care. I have a large (2.3 acre), fully-fenced backyard for optimal play! I have three friendly dogs who would love to show your dog all the best sniff spots. We also love going on walks, playing fetch, taking naps, and playing "find it." I've taken a dog CPR class to better understand the warning signs of a dog in distress, and what actions to take in an emergency. Being a pet parent myself, I greatly understand the peace of mind that comes from knowing your dog is safe and happy. Therefore, I will always send you multiple updates, with photos, every day throughout your dogs stay. Please let me know if you have any questions! I'd love to schedule a meet and greet. About: I have been taking care of animals for almost 9 years. I have grown up knowing the responsibility of what animals need and how to take care of them. I also truly have a love for animals. I love playing with them. I love being near them, and because I’m so young, I have almost if not more energy to put into the animals. my pets have required special needs and care and knowing that care and experiencing it first hand, I know how to put that learning experiences other situations Currently i’m a high school student so my hours vary. So Monday- Friday i can only walk or care for animals from the times of 5-7am and 3-11pm. The weekends i’m always available and ready to be at your assistance. I love animals so much and always jumping at the opportunity to see one. I have 4 pets of my own and have been carrying the responsibility of keeping them safe for almost ten years. I’ve learned how to keep them safe from other animals and from escaping from home, With this experience in mind i can take what i know and use it with your animals. About: From a very young age I learned to care for pets and farm animals. In 4-H I studied animal husbandry. As an adult, I have had many dogs and cats. I love them as my family. My last two rescue dogs (American Pit Bull Terriers) made it to almost 13 years old before they crossed the rainbow bridge over the last few years. I am not ready for my own new family member, but I still miss the companionship of animals. So it just seems right to take care of yours. I am semi-retired, so I am free on most weekdays except Wednesdays. I get up early and do chores around the house in the morning, then go outside for a bit in the afernoons unless it is too hot. I live on 40 acres in the countryside. It's not fenced but I can take your pups for a great walk around the property on a leash. I have 3 spare bedrooms if they need quiet space. Or I have a kennel in my bedroom if they like to be with someone.
