About: I've lived with dogs my whole life growing up around multiple and even aiding in the birth of a 12 puppy litter into my own family. Which some of those puppies have stayed with us ever since. As well as caring for older dogs as they get into their later years and pass on. I love all kinds of pets either way, from giant wolf dogs my grandfather used to have- to our very own English and French bulldogs that need just as much care as they give in love! About: I recently took a break from dog sitting to focus on caring for my baby. Now that things have settled into a routine, I'm excited to start accepting bookings again! I have 6+ years dog-sitting experience with dogs of many different sizes and temperaments. Personally I have a 85 pound German Shepherd mix, Turbo, a 40 pound labradoodle, Maple, and an 80 pound Rottie/GSD mix named Tater. I thoroughly enjoy playing with them everyday and have learned many training techniques from raising them. I have a great deal of experience caring for a highly allergic and anxious dog. I understand the helplessness that can often come with trying to find a treatment that works. If your dog has allergies/skin issues, or any other special needs, I'm more than happy to help. Rest assured your dog will be given the love and attention they need to feel comfortable in my home. We do have 1 cat (named Sesame) who would prefer to be left alone. If your dog is very reactive around cats this will not be a good fit. I am a stay- at- home mom and my husband works from home, so we can offer a great amount of flexibility with drop-off and pick-up times. Your dog will be supervised 24/7 when in my care. I have a large (2.3 acre), fully-fenced backyard for optimal play! I have three friendly dogs who would love to show your dog all the best sniff spots. We also love going on walks, playing fetch, taking naps, and playing "find it." I've taken a dog CPR class to better understand the warning signs of a dog in distress, and what actions to take in an emergency. About: Hello! My name is Fidencio, (my family calls me John, and you can too). I am 32 years old and have a long history of caring for dogs in my family. In 2005, my Father rescued a puppy from war torn Iraq. He fell in love with Target, our Iraqi dog, while he was deployed there. I remember my dad calling my mom, begging her to please find a way to get Target home, to California, over 7000 miles away. We went to work as a family finding any possible way to get our small puppy back home. Long story short, because we love animals, we got Target shipped to LAX. Target was what we considered an animal refugee. I remember going on the drive to LAX as a 5th grader to go pick up Target, when I first saw him he was scared, being shipped across the globe and being separated from his owner on the journey. But as soon as we got in the car we broke the crate open, we instantly all fell in love. Dedication to protecting a caring for animals is something that runs deep for me. And opening up our home to do that for others is an honor. I’ve attached some photos of Target, our 1st family dog. Looking at these older photos is such a trip! Blast from the past if you will. About: I help run a ranch in San Diego with 3 quarter horses, 4 chickens, in the past a rottweiler, border collie, golden retriever, and my 6 year old hotot rabbit. My family had a chihuahua, but my extended family has had doodles, mixed breeds, beagles, and I have cared for friends larger mixed breeds, boxers, and even little weenie dogs!
