After going through a ton of profiles, we found Julia - with the extra benefit being that she lives in our neighborhood! The process has been very smooth. When we first inquired, we made an appointment for Julia to meet Maggie and for Maggie to meet Julia's sweet dog and cat. Once that happened, we brought Maggie back for a few hours to hang out and for Julia to be able to observe her. Her first stay was this past weekend (4th of July). It is clear that Maggie was happy, well cared for and generally treated like one of the family. Julia also kept in touch and sent pics - and that was such a great touch!”

Dorothy offered to set up a kiddie pool in the backyard to keep Maizy cool, took Maizy on a 9-mile hike, gave her special dog treats and even washed her bandana to ensure she was fresh and clean. We joked that Maizy had so much fun with Dorothy she wouldn’t want to come home with us! Book Dorothy as your sitter - she’ll spoil your pup like it’s doggie day camp!”

It was the second time we used her, and our dogs seemed to remember her and her house as we drove up and walked to her door with their tails wagging (and one of the dogs pulling!) I highly recommend her and will use her again.”

About: I have taken care of friends,family’s and my own animals for years ! I have an 8 year old Australian shepherd and I have had him for 8 years now . I have a super flexible work schedule and I also work from home. I can make any time or day work out when needed . I take them to the dog park, hikes, my family has a yard I take them to because I live in an apartment, walk on main street , snugggles on the couch ! Etc
