“Rebecca was wonderful with our energetic Boston Terrier!! He had recently lost his canine sister and was clingy, but Becky was so good to him! She updated me daily with pics/videos and kept me posted on everything. I would highly recommend her and plan to rebook with her.”

“Marci and her family was great with my dogs! We got updates everyday and our dogs all seemed to enjoy their stay! I had no worries while being away. We greatly appreciate Marci for taking such good care of our dogs.”

“Grizzly is so excited when he gets to go to Julia’s house. I don’t worry because I know he’s having a great time. I love the pictures and she’s so flexible with drop off and pick up.”

“Dorothy and crew were the perfect match for our family. Murray the dog learned how to play with the big sweet (patient) dogs! Perfect back yard for fun with all! Thanks?”

“Catherine took great care of my three dogs, including frequent walks and picture updates. She sent them home with a goodie bag of treats and a card. Highly recommend!”

“Jennifer is the absolute best dog sitter ever! She took such great care of my Ranger pup. She sent me updates and pictures and kept me in the loop about how my dog was doing. She went above and beyond the call of duty though and actually drove my dog to another town when the visit concluded so my dog could get picked up as I wasn't quite returned yet from my trip and had made arrangements for him to stay with his doggy dad for the remaining time. This was a HUGE help and it eased my mind knowing that the transition went so smoothly. Jennifer was also super patient with me at booking as I had to change my dates more than once. Her space is comfy and safe for doggos and she made sure my pupper got plenty of attention while his dog mama was away. I will recommend her to everyone and I hope she's available when I travel next time so Ranger can go back and visit.”

“Dani & Ken were great with our shelter dog Huxley. Flexible and communicative while we were traveling. He went hiking and got lots of yard time and snuggles. We will definitely use them again!”

“Kelly was amazing! She took such great care of our Ruby, she came home one happy pup! Kelly had great communication and sent us photos and updates. Thank you for giving our pup a vacation while we had ours!”

“Lori did a great job looking after Clancy and Tucker. She checked in and sent us photos & videos and the dogs looked like they were definitely settled into her home. They especially loved her beautiful green lawn! I would definitely use her again.”

“Judy took care of our pup Ellie for the first time and it went very well. We knew Judy was so kind when we met her and we knew that Ellie was in great hands. Judy sent us some thoughtful pics and updates halfway through Ellie's stay. When we picked up Ellie she seemed so comfortable and I really had to pry her to come home. A testament to how good she felt there Thanks so much Judy.”

“Baby was so loved and welcomed with Ashley and her family. She was so good about videos and pictures and as a first timer using Rover, we felt very confident with choosing Ashley.”

“Lindsay was extremly helpful and accomodating of our schedule and penny. We are very happy that we decided to use Lindsey and I cant recommend her enough. Her pup was very accomidating to our smaller beagle.”

“Whitey, what can I say about her... She is absolutely wonderful!! She watched my little guy who is 5 months old for 3 days while we were out of town, of course I was nervous about leaving my baby with someone I don't know and was worried about him. We did a meet before hand I instantly knew she would be perfect! She loves animals very much and cares about thier well being. She communicated with me several times a day and sent pictures and videos and you could see how happy he was she alsk took the time to provide his feeding schedule like we do at home! Thank you so much!! I would recommend her 100% to anyone. I will use her again in the future”

About: I've been caring for animals for my whole life, I've always had pets, and have been a walker on apps for 6+ years. I'm always willing to sit, board or walk. I volunteer with a small nonprofit that provides service dogs to disabled veterans and hope I can positively impact you and your pets. I currently volunteer, and work part-time with flexibility, so I can frequently pick-up/drop-off or check-in on your pets. My home is pet friendly with two cats. I do currently serve in the Navy reserves, so I travel to Denver once a month for a couple days, but I always know my schedule ahead of time. I have two cats who are comfortable around dogs, live in a two bedroom apartment, with close access to a grassy area and some local parks.
“Daniel was friendly, helpful, flexible, and communicated with us promptly & sent lots of pics. Our dog had a great stay & must have felt safe, happy, and loved because he ate well. (Our pup will go off his feed when feeling out of sorts). Plenty of room for fun play inside the house and in the fenced backyard. We will definitely use Daniel for our Rover next time we are in the area.”

“I needed a sitter last minute and Erin was willing to accommodate me. She watched my cat for one week and was very responsive with texts and pictures letting me know how he was doing. Thanks Erin!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Grand Junction
Kasse provided a wonderful home for Scout's stay. This was our first experience with Rover and we were so pleased with Kasse's responsiveness, updates and photos of Scout during his stay, and especially how relaxed and happy Scout was when we brought him home. Kasse has a nice and roomy back yard and Scout had a wonderful time playing with her dogs and other visiting dogs during his stay. We will definitely book with Kasse again! Thank you for taking such good care of our doggie.

jennifer took such great care of our two senior dogs while we were away for two weeks. it was our first time leaving them for that long, so we were definitely a little anxious about it, but she made us feel comfortable right away and really put our minds at ease. she is so congenial, easy to communicate with, and super reliable throughout the whole stay. we came back to two happy, well cared for dogs and felt confident they were in great hands the entire time. we would absolutely trust her with them again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and dependable sitter.

Natalie was the best! She took such great care of my pup and sent me regular updates + cute pics the whole time. He even lost a couple baby teeth while he was with her and she saved them for me 🥹 so sweet. I felt super at ease the whole weekend and would 100% book with her again. Highly recommend!

Very flexible. She was wonderful in taking care of my dog and reassured me and eased my anxiety about how he was doing. I don't go many places except a couple trips during the summer. So, my dog has never been boarded. She took me in at the last minute and we had a meet and greet with her dog. She was wonderful at communicating how he was doing and sent pics and videos. She is a very caring and loving sitter. I will definitely book her again for the love she showed to my dog. Thankyou Marlowe! ❤️

Many sitters in CO ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
