At the meet and greet there was only one other dog, but when we dropped our puppy off there was 6! I would not have booked had I known this was the situation. Very little communication throughout. I had to ask for photos, and even in the photos our dog looked a little stressed out. Limited access to outdoors - just a small backyard area which might be fine for 1 or 2 dogs, but given the number of dogs I doubt they got that much outside time or if the get walked at all. When we picked our puppy up she was sick and stressed out. Slept for like 6 hours, heavy breathing and panting like she hadn’t rested all week. She had diarrhea and vomited every night for 5 days. I’d told Sharon she had a sensitive belly but she gave her random treats and I’m guessing she ate other dogs food. I’m sure Sharon cares about the dogs a lot but seems like she’s trying to pack as many as possible into a smaller house. I would not book again for longer than one night given this situation and the la j of awareness and communication around our dogs needs.

Sharon took great care of my dog, Grizz. He had a little anxiety at first, but she knew exactly how to help him settle down and feel comfortable. I originally planned for a half day, but my interview ran much longer and turned into a full day. Sharon was very flexible and kept in touch with me the whole time. She responded quickly and reassured me that Grizz was doing well. When I picked him up, he was a very calm and happy dog. That tells me everything I need to know. I really appreciate Sharon’s care and would absolutely recommend her.

I was genuinely very excited to leave Desi with Sharon, and I truly wanted this to be a great experience. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed and concerned. Desi was scheduled to stay for a full week, but I had to initiate communication each time to ask how she was doing. I never received proactive updates, photos, or check-ins, which made it difficult to relax while I was away. Toward the end of the stay, the lack of communication made me so uncomfortable that I actually flew home a day early. Desi wears a Fi collar, which tracks her sleep, activity, and location. I had specifically requested that it be removed and charged nightly, especially in the event she were to ever get lost so I could track her. This wasn’t done until I followed up four days into the stay and asked again. When I arrived for pickup, I was surprised to see there were approximately six other dogs in the home. There is no backyard, and the dogs were separated between the garage and the interior of the house. I was not aware there would be that many dogs onsite at once. Since bringing Desi home, she has had diarrhea and has been excessively thirsty — which is very unlike her — and seemed extremely hungry at pickup. I will be taking her to the vet to ensure everything is okay. I really wanted this to be a positive experience, but between the lack of communication, unexpected number of dogs, and Desi’s condition upon returning home, I am now very worried. I hope this feedback helps provide clarity for future pet parents when making their decision.
