About: I have been around animals for my whole life! I attended Saul High School and I am a recently graduated Veterinary nurse from Harcum college! I am currently working at Banfield Pet Hospital and I also have a Pet sitting Business called Walk on the Wild Side! About: My name is Laura and I have been caring for and rescuing dogs on and off for over 10 years. I have experience with all types of small dogs including crate training, leash training, commands like “sit” and socialization training for the more challenging little ones. I am a fan of Caesar Milan’s training techniques and have worked with dog behaviorists to improve my craft. I am flexible and will crate or not crate a dog based on owner’s preference. I have an unfenced yard for play and potty on a leash but I also provide walks around the neighborhood. I will honor the owner’s requests to keep dog off the furniture or allow dog on the furniture. I am a strong believer in consistency to maintain a dog’s training. I will only board multiple pets if they are from the same family. I do not currently have any pets. I am a full-time teacher with normal working hours and I can provide a consistent feeding schedule and 3 walks a day. I work 9-5. I am able to provide 3 walks a day, 8am, 5pm, 9pm (for example). I may be able to provide midday walks depending on the week and the advanced notice. My home is very calm and quiet. I allow pets to approach me and I give them space as needed. There are no children or other pets in my home. Both doors to my house have two sets of doors (through the porch and the kitchen) which help prevent escapes if you have a pet who frequently tries to escape.

About: I have grown up with animals of all kinds including not just cats and dogs, I currently care for 2 cats and 2 dogs and love them all. I volunteered at an animal shelter for multiple years and want to continue animal based experiences! I work currently part time but often have my weekends free and enjoy a good walk after getting off of my job, I do part time teacher work so the mental refresh is helpful I believe in utmost safety priority, including surveying surroundings constantly for threats, adjusting to it situationally and avoiding drawing attention to it incase it excites the animal.

About: I have ten years of experience working with seniors in the past and I have 3 amazing, older kids that love to care for animals. I took some time off of work to help homeschool my kids. But my kids have a pretty easy schedule. Therefore, I have a lot of time to care for animals. I have a pregnant neighbor so she usually needs help with her dog. I like to give them 2-3 walks a day, bathe them if needed, feed them dog food with lots of nutrients, and make sure they are hydrated. My clients dog is pretty chill so I usually just pet him and feed him. Pets fit into my daily routine because I have a pretty open schedule and have a lot of time to care for the dogs which I’m caring for I have a fenced in yard and everything that can cause harm is door away. I also have smoke detectors, carbon dioxide, and a fire extinguisher.
