About: Hi all! I’m Nathan, a San Diego native that grew up in an animal-loving household. We have cared for all kinds animals for as long as I can remember, and there hasn’t been a moment in my life where we did not have a furry, scaly or feathery companion in our home. Fast-forward to now: My partner and I live locally in Chula Vista where we care for our 3 amazing cats together (Hammie, Tuna and Anny). In my free time I enjoy listening to live music, running and golfing. As a local runner I know all the amazing trails and safe routes to take your pet on an a journey we will both thoroughly enjoy. I mostly work from home which happily allows me the flexibility to care for your pets when you are unable to. About: I've taken care of my friends dogs before whenever they are away. I'll make sure when I'm at home with your dogs that they will be cared for. I'm in the military but I get home around lunch time during the weekdays. Most of the time I am off the weekend and I mostly stay at home. About: Caring for animals is just about one of the best things in this world. My family and I have two of our own and they’re both the bestest doggies in the world, but I am bias😉. We first got our girl Queenie from a family friend who passed on and had no family that she could go to. We couldn’t bear the thought of her going to animal control/shelter life so we took her home. She’s full of personality and spirit and has the ability to bring joy to anyone she meets. Then we started fostering our girl Dorothy! She was rescued by Make A Difference Rescue in Michigan from the chains of a backyard home in Detroit that was raided by police there to serve a warrant. She and two other dogs in the backyard were saved and named after the Golden Girl’s T.V. Show. Thus, we got our girl Dorothy that we call Dory or Squeaker (the sounds she makes in the morning). She has the BEST smile and the cutest little trot in the world. She gets along with everyone and every dog. So that’s my story! I love my two girls to death and ever since they’ve joined our family I’ve been involved with some rescue or shelter in some way or another. I understand that trusting a perfect stranger with your beloved pets is a very difficult thing to do. I am here to help out when needed by providing peace of mind in any way that you like. Picture updates on our walks? Trust me, there will be lots! Wanna see your pet in real time? Put an AirTag on their collar and you can watch us walk! Whatever you need! Not only are the walks important for your dog’s health, but it helps them socialize by getting out of the home. It’s also great for the case of the zoomies! At the moment I am not working. I just graduated with my bachelor’s degree, but I have not started working anywhere in particular just yet. We are a military family (and I am a Navy vet myself) so we aren’t sure if we are moving sooner than I can finish another degree or not. So everything is up in the air, but I’d love to do help out by doing some dog walks in the mean time! At the moment, I do not offer house sitting or drop in visits for pets. For now, I am just offering dog walks. About: My wife, Dianne, and I are long-time dog lovers who just settled into our new house in our hometown of San Diego, CA. We have been sitters on and off on Rover since 2013 with only 5 star ratings between New Yorl City and San Diego. We have three children under 10 years old that grew up caring for pets, and go to school within 4 min away. We have a large fenced backyard for potty breaks and play. We can also keep your doggies indoors. We can also crate train. We take frequent walk breaks.

About: I’ve been taking care of friends and family’s dogs as well as my own most of my life. I have experience with everything from puppies to senior dogs and experience with large and small dogs. In the past I had a pit bull/great dane mix and a mastiff and I currently have a french/english bulldog. I have extensive experience with bully breeds and the specialized care they need. About: I’ve taken care of dogs for over 7 years. I have two of my own, and I would love to spend my spare time with yours! Since I work full time, I can probably only do visits a couple of times a week. I also like to focus my time with your dog(s) so I can carry out a quality visit. I specialize in long term training and I believe and swear by patience and consistency. Repetition is the one thing all dogs will learn from. I like to keep dogs roaming freely while I do my own things during day care, but I can also crate them if needed. I play with them with toys and treats. Walking dogs is one of the best ways to keep them active and healthy. I can also do some specific training if requested.

About: My husband and became dog parents 3 yrs ago to an Australian Shepherd and Belgian Malinois. We love spending time with our pups, and are excited to welcome yours into our home! My husband and I both work from home and will have time throughout each day to spend with your pup. We have two dogs of my own who are extremely active, so playtime is already a staple in our daily routine! We have a large yard with plenty of space for sniffing and running. We also have an outdoor doggie play pen for the pups to relax in during the day when they want some space of their own. Your pup will also have access to indoor spaces and a private sleeping area.

About: Since I was 5, I have always had a dog. I love making sure dogs get the exercise they need to be healthy. I have helped care for aging pets of my own and nursed a puppy who’s mom couldn’t feed her. I believe pets are family and will treat them like my own. I am a stay at home mom and can care for your dog while my youngest is in preschool. I can be available on weekends if needed. I currently have a doodle mix of my own. He is a free sleeper, but he is also crate trained. I am comfortable helping dogs in and out of harnesses, leads, and booties when necessary. I always make sure pups are clean and hydrated before leaving them at home. And an extra hug for good measure.
