Nahomie is so warm and caring, a great communicator and her house is impeccably clean and in a quiet area close to a nearby park. She made sure that Lucy had her daily walks, meals, medicines and supplements right on schedule. We could tell that Lucy was so well taken care of and happy—we couldn’t have done a better job ourselves! Regular pictures and detailed check-ins about their daily adventures also helped us feel reassured that Lucy was having the best time possible. Samantha is wonderful! We were traveling to a weekend reunion with a lot of events. Since we were unable to keep our Shih Tzu with us every minute, I decided to use Rover again. Samantha was a great find in an unfamiliar location. She came to meet us the day before she picked up Niki for an overnight. She kept in contact, was punctual and very good to our little girl. I highly recommend her and would use her again if the occasion arises.
This was Nellie’s first time boarding with anyone since we adopted her. Danny provided a great experience for her with his gentle demeanor — and he also made sure she enjoyed the sunshine by going on walks! I was able to relax during my time away knowing she was in good hands.
Wonderful experience for our dog’s first week-long stay away from home! She sent regular photo updates so we always knew he was safe, happy, well fed and having fun. Communication was excellent the entire week, and we came home to a relaxed, happy pup. You could tell he’d been well cared for and loved. It gave us such peace of mind to be able to travel without worrying. Highly recommend her, and we’ll absolutely be booking again.
