Yasmeen responded immediately to my messages and sent me photos and videos through out the night while he stayed over. She updated me with how he was doing and if there were any concerns. I will make sure that your dog is getting all the love, care, and attention that they need. Back home in Buffalo NY, I have a 2 year old wire hair fox terrier named Otis who I miss very much! Samantha is wonderful! We were traveling to a weekend reunion with a lot of events. Since we were unable to keep our Shih Tzu with us every minute, I decided to use Rover again. Samantha was a great find in an unfamiliar location. She came to meet us the day before she picked up Niki for an overnight. She kept in contact, was punctual and very good to our little girl. I highly recommend her and would use her again if the occasion arises.
Wonderful experience for our dog’s first week-long stay away from home! She sent regular photo updates so we always knew he was safe, happy, well fed and having fun. Communication was excellent the entire week, and we came home to a relaxed, happy pup. You could tell he’d been well cared for and loved.
