“It is so comforting to KNOW that Terra is on the ball! She dealt with a house problem and got more balls for my dog. I can tell she has really bonded with everyone. I am having connection issues so phone calls would be impossible. The ROVER app comes through great though!”

About: I’ve owned dogs/cared for pets since I was very young. I have grown up with two pups of my own, and as of right now I have one kitty I adopted last year! I’ve helped dog sit and have walked family and friends dogs in the past. I love all animals! i am a care giver for my main job so i would love to fit multiple days a week into helping you with your dogs. i have a lot of free time most days. I can do just about anything when it comes to caring for your animal. With my own animals growing up I had strict feedings two times a day and potty times-more frequently of course. I'd do monthly baths for my animals due to their allergies. With my kitty I try being as playful and entertaining as possible when SHE lets me.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 12 years old. I have experience with dogs who have special needs, specifically, neurological disorders requiring medication administration. I’ve spent the last two years training my dog, Bubba, through separation anxiety and reactive aggression. He went from chasing cats to occasionally taking naps with them. My first dog, Lilly, was reactive to dogs and when I brought home Bubba as a puppy, my family called him “snack” because they didn’t think it was possible, but she immediately took him in and they were inseparable for 7 years! I’ve always been gifted at reading animals - humans, not so much. I will always advocate for those who can’t advocate for themselves :) I’m available every day, whenever you need! I recently quit my job and needed a fun way to get a little extra cash before moving to the PNW! Unfortunately, my dog is an anti-social introvert and doesn’t like visitors. His house, his rules… However, I’m more than happy to care for your pet inside of your home!

In addition to these routines, I am happy to provide grooming care, such as bathing and brushing, and I will always keep the space clean. My goal is to provide the best care possible so that your furry friend’s daily routine remains exactly the same as it is when they are with you.
About: I will do everything to keep your dog safe, loved and comfortable!! I have taken care of dogs recently, I always make sure to give them the love and attention that they deserve if not more. I am available on weekends for boarding or pet sitting at someone’s house as well. I live in a small apartment but have three room in which one isn’t being used. There is a big grassy area behind my apartment that I usually take my dog to and we do lots of long walks. About: I’ve cared for seniors, puppies, post surgeries, mischievous kitties and extra needy pets of all kinds ☺️ years of working with horses, living with my anxious chihuahua mix, and helping to raise the chunky pitties in my life has prepared me for almost every situation. I’ll keep a cool head and stick to your instructions while showering lots of love on your furry family member. I grew up around cats, dogs, horses, and birds! My love for animals knows no bounds, and I’m always the one getting distracted by a cute dog on the sidewalk (or TikTok). I’ve had great experiences booking care for my own dog through Rover, and I understand how hard it can be to find and trust the right person when we have to be away from them! I prefer to meet with you and your pet before scheduling a service to ensure that everyone is comfortable. I like to take the opportunity to ask any clarifying questions and walk through expectations so that there are no gray areas about the best ways to care for your pet and keep them safe.
“Love working with Yesenia, I'm a repeat customer of hers. She is really communicative and she has sent me the happiest photos of my dog Mocha from her drop ins. She's the best! And has been able to work with me around her schedule when I needed a sitter last minute.”

About: I have volunteered extensively at my local animal shelter, where I gained hands-on experience working with dogs of all temperaments and energy levels. During my time there, I learned effective ways to provide mental enrichment, exercise, and positive interactions to keep dogs happy and stimulated. I am currently an Animal Science major, which has strengthened my knowledge of animal behavior, health, and proper care practices. I am passionate about providing safe, attentive, and compassionate care, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. I am currently working part-time which means I have availability every day! I will only be available in the afternoons on weekdays. On the weekend my schedule will vary. I have had my dog for 8 years, and two years ago, we welcomed a brother into our family. I devote most of my time to ensuring they are happy and safe, as they truly feel like my babies. I'm also majoring in Animal Science at Chico State, where I'm eager to deepen my knowledge and understanding of animals

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
