1. Terra J.

“It is so comforting to KNOW that Terra is on the ball! She dealt with a house problem and got more balls for my dog. I can tell she has really bonded with everyone. I am having connection issues so phone calls would be impossible. The ROVER app comes through great though!”

2. Isabella M.
“Isabella has always had a strong love for all animals, we grew up together and I live in the country with several animals. Every time she comes over she ends up spending more time with the animals than with me! She is very responsible and somebody you can count on at all times!”

3. Jason H.
“I could tell right away that Jason is a true animal person. My dog ( German Shepherd ) who I rescued ,had a lot of separation anxiety and other factors that needed loving , patient and positive care . Jason provided this and I completely trust him with her. He is truly a great caregiver for my dog and your dog will be safe and loved in his care.”

4. Elena A.
“Elena Arkelian has always had a gentle and kind way with animals, and they are at ease with her when she is around them. She is very responsible and efficient in her care of animals and knows a lot about the animals that she cares for. Elena is very reliable and is always on time for her jobs, schooling, and other activities. She is able to follow directions well and can make important animal care decisions on her own. She is a wonderful pet caregiver!”

5. Deanna M.

“The power went out at my house during my trip which knocked out the automatic feeders for the two dogs. Deanna let me know and manually fed the dogs. She even offered to return in the evening to make sure they got their afternoon meal if the power hadn’t returned, but I was arriving back home by then. Thank you for the extra diligence!”

6. Jessica H.

“Our first time using rover and I could not have picked a better or more communicative sitter. Jessica had an unfortunate interaction with my dog. He was frightened and unexpectedly aggressive and bit her while she was harnessing him to go potty. Im mortified that this happened, and hope this doesn't affect her ability to trust other pups. She was great at giving immediate feedback, messaging my emergency contact (because i was out of range of service). Her communication let me know how to prevent an accident in the future. Service was very thorough and appreciated.”

7. Barbara Dolores S.
“Reliable, attentive, thorough, loving, trustworthy... these words come to mind in describing the care Barbara provided for our fur babies while we were away on vacation. She kept to our walking schedule, sent pictures and communicated to let us know when she was with them and how they were doing. She even went a step above and washed out their food/ water bowls and cleaned their crates! Barbara was so kind and her love for animals was apparent from the first time we met. When we returned we could tell our dogs and cats agreed! Clearly they were happy and comfortable with her. We've had a horrible experience with someone else before, so I'm extremely thankful to have found someone who truly sees our pets as family the way we do.”

8. Marion D.
About: I have experience living with and taking care of many different animals ever since I can remember! I love animals and enjoy looking after them. I currently work part time and have a lot of free time during my days, I enjoy running/walking in Bidwell park already almost daily, so that would be a great place for some exercise for any dogs that would enjoy joining me. I have a small yard in my complex for potty and play purposes and have plenty room for a crate if needed. I have roommates that are dog lovers that would also enjoy providing play time while in our apartment/communal spaces.

9. Sofia D.
“Sofia is very responsible and loves animals. She takes good care of her own and shows them so much love. She is organized, on time, follows directions well and can be flexible when needed.”

10. Jay W.
“Jay is a very caring person and pet-lover. He is responsible and loyal not only in his work but as a person. He is always motivated to do the best that he can and enjoys meeting new people and new pets! Jay will show your pet lots of love and care.”

11. Karla V.
“Karla is a loving and big heart individual that values and appreciates the companionship and joy our fur babies bring to our lives. As a lifelong pet owner herself, she understands that our pets are way more than just pets, they are family! She is responsible and definitely someone I trust my babies will be well taken care of.”
12. Marisela V.

“Marisela did an exceptional job caring for Dotti and Pepsi. I had an opportunity to watch her give Dotti her meds, which was an improvement over the way I did things. I'm going to adopt Marisela's way of administering the meds. She offered play time to Pepsi, the social cat, which gains a person favor with him. He's happy. I was very pleased with her work. I have already given her a tip.”

13. Theresa P.

“Reliable cat sitter. Came by for a "meet & greet" in advance. Good communicator. She checked in on my cats when we were out of town - and brought in our packages too. Would rebook”

14. Athena C.
“Congratulations on choosing Athena ... I have an established (10 years in area) pet sitting & training business with a small client list. I utilize Athena's services when I need an extra body, and she is available. She has been excellent with all the dogs and homes. Some of the pets include a 2-year-old 120# bully/mastiff and her sidekick 12-year-old terrier (with total attitude), a 4# 15-year-old teacup Chihuahua (totally spoiled), an 8-year-old Rat Terrier/Jack Russell, an assortment of terriers in one home (3, with 2 in diapers), as well as a 14-year-old 120# aggressively reactive Shepard/mix. I also have four dogs, 3 border collies (one is deaf) and a Pit/Lab and a parrot. Athena house/pet sits for me as well. She consistently follows client specific directions and instructions on house, pet and yard care, to the letter. My policy, which Athena follows without any hesitation ... "you only know I was there because your pets are happy, well cared for and relaxed, stress free. You won't find a mess in your home upon your return". I trust her to show up, do the feedings, love and pet them, keep them safe and happy, walk them when necessary, and to be 100% reliable! And oh .. do pets love her!”

15. Savannah T.

“Savannah was a perfect cat sitter for our old and moody girl. Communicating was a breeze which was such a relief as we traveled out of state. Don't hesitate to book her if she's available, you won't regret it.”

16. Lena W.
“We love Lena! Lena looks after our three dogs at our home in Paradise when we are away. We met her through fostering a butte humane dog (where she volunteers). We ended up adopting that dog into the pack along with our two little senior dogs. The two little ones are 14+ and have some health issues. We are very lucky to have found Lena. The dogs love her and we really trust her to take their protocol seriously.”

17. Danielle D.
“Danielle is great! She has been house sitting for us for years, she truly makes leaving our fur babies so easy because we know they're in such good hands. She goes out of her way to make sure they feel loved and are well taken care of. She even sends us pictures of our fur babies while they're outside playing so we can see that they're okay. She's not afraid to call or text us if something feels off with one of the dogs either which shows just how much time she pays attention to the animal to notice those small things.”

18. Yvonne P.

“Yvonne graciously agreed to a last minute request to check in on my puppy. She showed up at the time we agreed upon and did everything I asked. When I got home my pup was fine, with no potty messes. I am very happy with Yvonne’s service and would hire her again. ?”

19. Alisa S.

“My pets are my kids, and Alisa treats them like her own. I can tell from the cute pictures she sent of my cat that she was in good hands. This was our first time having her watering some plants for me too, which is scary for me because I have invested blood sweat and tears as well as time and resources into my garden. She followed my directions and everything looked great when I got home.”
