About: I had a border Collie for 17 years now an American shepherd for 1.5 years and he's fully trained already he's great just still a pup. Currently I work part time for an Amish company and I do morning pick ups and evening drop off with Thursday me being at the job all day. With time in advance I can move stuff around if need be. Im basically free all week during the times everyone is working. Well my dog i train and make sure he's behaving before he gets a reward. I don't always make him do stuff for tricks, but I practice commands daily and when it's not raining we go on walks, unfortunately he gets car sick so long drives aren't great for him still. I hug him tell him he's great tell him when he's done something bad as well, Play with toys and I'm currently working on him knowing what toy I'm telling him to get

About: I grew up in a household with dogs and cats, and as we've added kids to our family, we've fostered and taken care of plenty of extra animals. Our kids are raised as compassionate animals lovers, as this is core to our family values. Before relocating to this area from NYC, my husband and I both volunteered at animal shelters, cleaning cages, socializing pets, and walking dogs. We started our own petsitting business back then as we truly love animals and wanted to help take care of them. In NYC, we could only have a couple of cats, so we welcomed any dogs that we could get to know and bond with. We would clean up after the pets, make sure there is food and water along with any medications the pets may need, including insulin injections. I believe playing with the pets is very essential in establishing a good relationship with any dog or cat, it builds a solid foundation and leaves the animals feeling less lonely. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
