“Michael went above and beyond taking care of our dog when we were away on vacation. He got sick the night before we dropped him off. We told Michael about it when we arrived and he was more than willing to take care of him. Turns out that our dog had a what appeared to be a partial blockage. Michael without hesitation was willing to take him to our vet to be diagnosed. He then faithfully gave him his medication all while communicating everything with us. We are more than grateful. Leaving our dogs is always anxiety inducing because we want to make sure they are loved the way we love them, Kaylee was able to work with us even when we needed to change up the reservation a little bit due to changes with our plans. Her communication is incredible and she responded almost immediately anytime I sent a message. She loved our dogs like they were her own and they were so happy at the end of the stay that we immediately knew anytime we are looking for someone to watch our dogs, Kaylee will be our first call. “Ashley, Kyle and family welcomed Teddy and us and made all of us feel comfortable. Teddy noticed us leaving but didn't fuss much as he had a couple of children to play with. It was only a two night booking, but we were happy to receive a pic of him enjoying himself on Saturday. Pickup went smooth. Teddy and all his belongings were packed and waiting for us. Ashley gave a little report of his stay, encluding his eating and potty breaks. If we are back in the Lancaster area again, we'll be looking for Ashley & Kyle on Rover.
