About: I have been raised with dogs my whole life. As soon as I could do chores, I was helping take care of the family dogs. I have also cared for neighbors' dogs who had special dietary needs and medication schedules. I also have a little bit of experience taking care of cats from my previous work as an in-home caregiver. I currently don’t have any other commitments work-wise, so I’m very flexible with my schedule. I also rarely take holidays off, so I’d be available for any time of the year on any day! I would love to get to know more about your pets on my first visit! It’s very important to me that the pet has the routines you would like implemented, and if there are any medications to be aware of.

About: I’ve had dogs in my life for as long as I can remember, and caring for them has always been second nature to me. I grew up with a doberman, a dachshund and a rottweiler newfoundland mix. Walking or hiking with my dog is a favorite pastime, although I do not currently have one of my own. For the past 11 years, I’ve been the trusted caregiver for a dog whose owner has relied on me whenever she’s away. From daily walks and feeding routines to playtime, cuddles, and keeping up with specific care needs, I’m experienced in providing dependable, attentive care. Dogs aren’t just pets to me — they’re family. 🐾 Full time availability for dog care. I love walks and hikes, so whatever your dogs physical needs are, I can accommodate. I’m taking an intentional hiatus from work, so I have plenty of free time to give attention, love and care to your pup. Your pup will receive the best of care, attention and love! Please bring their bed, food, treats and toys! We do not currently have any animals in our home. My boyfriend (also a dog lover) and I live in a townhome in Orcutt. We have a fenced back patio and a lawn and “slice of nature” right out the front door, perfect for pee breaks and sniffs! Our neighborhood complex also has a huge lawn and outdoorsy area for shorter walks, etc. Your pup can spend the night in our bedroom (in their own bed) or in our living room, whichever way you think your pet will be most comfortable. I love to walk and hike, Orcutt Trails is my happy place. If your pup loves to do this, we can together! Whatever your pups needs and routines are, I’m here to give them a great “vacation” while you are away! 🥰

About: I’m here to give your pet an at home experience. I’m a stay at home pet sitter & dog walker. I only take one family at a time, so you don’t have to worry about your pet being around others or not getting my full attention. Currently I am a pet parent to a German Shepherd, Dax, and black house cat, Kenny. I am observant of pet body language and in-tune with pet needs. My pets have ranged from outdoor kitties to leash reactive large breeds. I have used oral medicine and topical medicine, and am comfortable with pets post-surgery as well. During walks, I am aware of my surroundings, if you have a specific route you walk I can stick to that route. About: I have many year of pet caring under my belt! I have two dogs of my own, one of which with special needs. I have been left in charge of my pets before and have shown that I am trusted to handle everything. I have experienced training both of my dogs, and have been in charge of administering insulin of my special needs dog. I have dog sat for my friends and neighbors in the past, and they have been very happy with results. I will treat every animal and house with respect, like they are my own. Thank you for consideration in keeping your beloved animals safe!! I am a college student that is home for the summer working and internship! My schedule is somewhat flexible but on my work days they run pretty long. Dog walking in the morning or early afternoon is something that would work with my schedule. Any house sitting needs work during the week, and can be a little different on the weekend but it can still work! I will respect every home that I am invited to for dog sitting needs. I will be cautious of entering the home making sure all animals are secure and we have no escapees! I only offer out of home sitting, meaning no animal will be taken out of their own house for sitting. Poppy can be very shy and is usually uncomfortable with new people, but Lacey had such a calm and grounding presence that Poppy warmed up to her quickly — even letting her be pet, which rarely happens. Lacey communicated well throughout the week and sent lots of photos, which helped us feel reassured while we were away. She also gave thoughtful updates after each visit, and by the end it truly seemed like she and Poppy had become friends. There were a couple of days when unexpected issues made her later than planned, but in spite of these hiccups, she kept Poppy top of mind and kept us in the loop. Overall, I’m grateful for the care, kindness, and attention she gave Poppy. I would book with her again.”
