We especially appreciate how communicative he was, quickly responding to our initial request, arranging a meet-and-greet, and then providing steady updates throughout Teddy's (9yo Pomeranian) stay. Upon meeting, David gave us the confidence that our small dog's safety and comfort was a priority, patiently listening to our lengthy and exhaustive introduction while Teddy made himself right at home. When we returned, Teddy settled right in and all of the pictures and videos during his stay were of a happy, contented creature in excellent hands. “Remi is an anxious dog, but after this boarding experience, I noticed a big difference. He was much calmer when I picked him up, and it did not take him days to de stress like usual. When we arrived, Kimberly greeted us outside with her dog, who is extremely friendly and calm. Even though Remi was on a leash, he handled the interaction well, which honestly surprised me. Throughout Remi’s stay, Kimberly sent pictures and regular updates. She played fetch with him, which is one of his favorite activities (other than eating). By the time he came home, he was happily exhausted. We are so glad we found Kimberly and highly recommend her. She is someone we will definitely continue to return to.”
