As soon as I dropped him off, he sat next to Anely on the porch and starting gazing the street. That there told me that Orka trusted Anely from the first minute. Also I could easily tell Anely was enjoying our pet's stay the whole time. On top of the detailed info she provided during the stay, these two things were very important for me. Tammy and her daughter took excellent care of my lil dude Obi! He's an anxious little guy and Tammy did such a wonderful job making him feel safe and comfortable. Communication was incredible! I got regular updates and wonderful photos. Obi came home happy and seemed to have had such a wonderful time.
Gary was a great communicator and so sweet with both our pups!! He was fantastic about sending photos and videos to keep us in the loop and was very attentive about details like medications etc. We'll definitely be sending Olive & Basil to stay with Gary again on our next trip!!
Daniel was a great sitter for Charlie. I received frequent updates including photos and videos of Charlie. He responded quickly to my messages. His dog Ollie was also very friendly and Charlie had a friend to hang out with. When I brought Charlie back to Daniel’s house the week after for boarding, he was very excited. Charlie is on medications for his heart and Daniel asked all the questions to make sure everything was done correctly. From the meet and greet to dropping and picking Charlie up, everything went smoothly. I would recommend having Daniel as your pet sitter if you want someone who is dependable, friendly, and will go above and beyond for your pet.
Giovanni was very professional and he has a very loving home. His own pets are well cared for. He even has a 19 year old poodle mix! It’s a real testament to the TLC in the house that can bring a dog into his 19th year of life. Giovanni and my dog were fast friends and I look forward to working with him again soon.
I contacted Elba last minute for dog boarding and I’m beyond grateful I found her. She was the best person to take care of our fur babies! From the beginning, Elba treated them with love, attention, and like they were part of her family. She even hand-fed one of our dogs the first day when he wasn’t eating, let them sleep next to her, and made sure they were happy, social, and well-fed every single day. They made new furry friends and had the best time. What made it even better was how often she kept us updated — more than 5 times a day with photos and videos showing how well they were doing. That gave us so much peace of mind while we were on vacation. We are truly blessed and thankful for Elba. Thank you for loving our dogs like your own. Jaclyn is the best sitter! This was our dog Lunas second time with Jaclyn and she ran right up to her front door and was so excited to see her. We got lots of pictures and updates and could tell Luna had a great time! We will definitely use Jaclyn again for future sitting needs
Isabel and her husband were great sitters! They were super flexible and were able to accommodate our crazy vacation schedule with ease. I appreciated the thoughtful and detailed updates about my dog, Rhody. Rhody is very shy and Isabel did a great job of letting Rhody warm up to her and her family. She also enjoyed long walks with them! Overall Isabel was great and id use her again!
Jack was amazing! It was our first time leaving our dog with him and he took great care of her. He communicated well with us and gave us updates and videos of Bella every few hours. It was clear that she had bonded with him! We will definitely leave Bella with Jack again in the future. We highly recommend him.
Hailey was great! She was communicative and sent me daily pictures for Jack’s stay with her. She even accommodated an additional night sitting him cause our trip ran one day longer than expected which was amazing of her! I was in a pinch and Dorota was so helpful. She took my dogs for three nights and it was the best decision I have ever made. She is very emphatic and made me feel very comfortable.
