I was nervous how my dog would fare but Neysha made me feel comfortable and sent me constant updates of how my pup was doing. I received pictures and videos daily and it reassured my that my dog was fine. This allowed me to focus on my trip and enjoy it to its fullest. The reservation happened on short notice and she even let me adjust the pick up time which helped a ton. Overall I was very satisfied with the experience. Would gladly rebook with Neysha in the future.”

“XIAO IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST. She is super kind and flexible. My dog (Ollie) is very particular and a bit high maintenance, but Xiao knew exactly knew what to do since she has her own dogs and taken care of dog all her life. Xiao has 3 dogs of her own, you can tell that she treats them well and will treat your dog like her own. Something came up during my trip and I had to reschedule my pickup time, and Xiao was more than accommodating. Highly recommended especially for worry wort mothers like me haha Thank you again 11/10 would recommend!”
