About: Grew up having a dog (or 2 at times…as well as bunnies…and some other reptiles!). I currently live in an accommodation where I am not able to have a pet and I have become to miss animals more and more! There is no such thing as a bad animal, only a poorly trained one, and I treat them all with love and care. I’m available every Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday all day (and night)! My schedule can be as free as needed on those days and I am open to spending lots of time with your pets to make sure they get the best care possible! I am very careful and thoughtful around pets and other people’s property. I will treat your belongings and animals with the utmost respect and care.

About: What sets me apart is the level of attention and care I provide. I keep a calm, clean home and limit the number of pets I board at one time so each pet gets plenty of individual attention. I focus on maintaining your pet’s normal routine, providing a low-stress environment, and keeping you updated with daily photos and check-ins. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for — not just watched. Because I work from home full time, your pet will receive plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship while you’re away. Plenty of outside time and cuddle time! When pets stay in my home, they’re treated like part of the family. I maintain a clean, calm environment and limit the number of pets I care for at one time so each animal receives plenty of attention. I follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and bedtime. Because I work from home full time, pets are rarely left alone and receive consistent supervision and companionship. I also provide daily photo updates and check-ins for peace of mind. When caring for pets in their own home, I focus on maintaining consistency and comfort. I carefully follow all care instructions, including feeding routines, walks, medications if needed, and any household preferences. I’m respectful of your home and ensure your pet feels safe and relaxed while keeping you updated with photos and detailed check-ins after each visit.

About: My sister relied on me to house sit and watch her dogs for a couple of weeks every summer when I was in middle and high school. I grew up with dogs and was responsible for taking them on walks, feeding them, brushing them, bathing them, and playing with them. I am between jobs so I am quite flexible right now. I am looking to get a full-time position at which point I will update my schedule here. My cats are feral rescues so I cannot afford to bring any other animals into my home, but I am very cautious while going on walks to be very aware of other dogs (especially off leash), people driving too fast in residential areas, and making sure to bring adequate water for walks on warm days.

About: I have been around animals my entire life. This has enabled me to be comfortable with rescues, seniors, puppies, and special needs animals. I have experience pet sitting, dog walking, and with basic dog training. I have three pets of my own, with vast medical and behavioral needs so I am familiar with challenges of all types. I am always willing to learn and strive to do better every day. I will be holding a close to full time job that will take up Most of my mornings (4am - 12pm). This schedule could fluctuate - however I will be steadily available during afternoons and evenings. I have a short commute to Downtown and Midtown Reno so I can optimize time with your pet(s). I plan to offer 30 minute walks but am very open to adjustments on that time based on individual needs. Drop in visits will usually be about 30 minutes to cover all basic needs and give much appreciated attention. Again this can be flexible based on individual pet needs. Safety is a huge part of caring for my own pets, and I plan to carry this to yours. For dog walking education on breeds, energy levels, and health safety standards is something I am always researching. Knowing when weather can negatively impact a pets health, how to safely redirect from potentially dangerous situations, and constantly monitoring your individual pets needs is always my priority. For drop in visits and pet sitting safety is even more paramount. Making sure cats are safe and indoors, all potential chewing and safety hazards are removed, and that every animal is looked over so anything amiss is caught early is essential. Your pets are most comfortable in your own home, and I want to make sure that that comfort is met with high safety measures on my part.

About: I've had animals my whole life but started professionally working with them about 5 years ago. My own animals are special needs, so I know what it's like to need someone to care for them. I love animals and hope to get to know yours! I'm available on Saturday, Sunday, Monday afternoon/evening and the evening on Friday! Other days I work full time at an animal clinic and go to school, so weekends are what I can do for you! I am very good at reading animal behavior and knowing how to get dogs and cats to trust (or at least tolerate) me. I also am familiar with a lot of different medicines and how important it is to administer them carefully, as I had a pet with chronic illnesses and work with them daily. I want to use my knowledge from working at the clinic to help you and your pets.

About: My family and I have owned pets since I can remember. I am currently 33 with 3 pets of my own, but have grown up with pets in the home my whole childhood. My family always had dogs and cats in our home, and additionally I owned a bearded dragon, fish, and a tortoise that I helped care for daily. Once I moved to college in 2014, I got my first pet of my own. Her name is Stella and she has been with me for the last 12 years. She has lived with me in Oregon, Texas, and now Reno. Additionally, my wife and I have a silly orange cat named Nemo, and a fun/energetic Frenchie named Comet. While living in Texas we adopted another cat with FeLV who also developed diabetes. I have experience giving insulin injections and taking blood glucose readings. I have met and cared for many of my friend’s pets of all ages and sizes and can responsibly provide all daily care for your furry babies as needed. This includes but is not limited to feeding, walking, playing, transporting, giving oral meds, and subcutaneous injections. I currently work as a teacher and have extended breaks during the fall, winter, and summer. During the school year I will have availability during afternoons and evenings for some care activities, and weekends for more. During breaks, if not traveling, and I will have a lot more flexibility daily. Update 06/08: I am currently on summer break from teaching. My weekday availability has been updated with more available times/ services. I currently live in a 2 bedroom apartment with my 2 dogs and an indoor cat. The pets have access to the entire unit including furniture during the day and when sleeping. Our spare bedroom can be used for your pet if they are more anxious and want separation from the other animals. My dogs are crated when no one is home to supervise, and the cat has full access to the unit at all times. My pets are all friendly towards other dogs and cats. In the past when sitting for animals, I have them fall into the same routines as my animals for walking, feeding, pottying, and crating, unless specified different by the owner. When doing drop ins and house sitting, I follow all instructions left by the owner.

About: I am an elementary school teacher in summer break and an animal lover! I have had small dogs all the way up to 110 bull mastiffs. I love elderly pets and bouncy youngsters. I have reptile and fish and chicken experience. Also, abilities to take care of plant pets as well! I have had animals my entire life and have a home full of furry friends today! I’m currently on summer break so my availability is wide open. I’m an early bird who can get those walks in before the heat hits. About: I have four dogs from 10 pounds to 150 pounds, and I’ve had dogs my whole life! I love taking care of animals so much that I wanted to be a vet when I was younger. I’m working part time and going to school so I should have plenty of time to play with your dogs or cats! I have two days off a week, as well! I am happy to follow any instructions for your dog’s care, I know it’s not one size fits all! Please let me know of any special commands your dog has, and I’ll be sure to try and work on them with them!

About: I am the friend who's always called to watch over their pets! I am excited to make sure your fur babies are happy, healthy, and watched over as if my own! I am currently available all days of the week including weekends for 7am-9pm services. I am happy to help inside/outside or wherever I am needed. About: I grew up my whole life with dogs. Nothing is better then receiving their love when you walk through the door. My home even has it's own dog bathroom, dog run & house which is heated and cooled. I'm a volunteer at Nevada Humane Society. Dogs are the best!!! I'm retired but would like to get outdoors more and nothing better then walking/running a furry buddy next to me. I do have a few PRIVATE customers before I became a Rover emp. So I do try and keep my calendar up to date. I have a fenced yard, dog wash bathroom in my home which leads to a dog run and dog house heated and cooled. I have a nice big backyard that can get your dog tired out!
