Hello! I’m a mental health professional working in Reno. During the day I work with children with varying disabilities and learning difficulties at school. Afternoons and nights I’m usually spending time with my own pets and relaxing. I’ve had both cats and dogs growing up and have lots of experience pet sitting for families. Whether you're going out of town or just need someone to check on your pup/cat and feed them, I can make things more convenient for you! I live relatively close to my day job and close to the freeway, so I can get to most places within a reasonable time. Safety, trust & environment
If your dog is trained, then I can crate them when/if needed. I religiously check gates, doors, and openings to ensure everyone’s safe during my stays.
Ratings and reviews
My golden retrievers think Michael is amazing and so do we. He is conscientious about keeping them engaged with toys, walks and swimming. He always leaves our house just as he found it. He consistently goes above and beyond which is very much appreciated and eliminates any possible anxiety in leaving the dogs in his care.
We sent our request to Michael on short notice due to a family emergency and Michael stepped up to the plate. We truly appreciate everything, Michael!
Michael was amazing caring for Chloe and also being respectful of the space. He spent time with Chloe and played, provided food and loads of love. I would definitely get his care again for Chloe.
My wife and I went out of town for a couple of days and Michael took great care of our two cats. He took good care of our little ladies.

Michael did a great job taking care of my two dogs! One has a lot of energy and the other has a lot of “aggressive love” & he managed them both so well. He also communicated well. I will use him again!

Schedule
I work full time for a local school district which is typically 8-4 most week days. I am available to run home during my lunch hour to check in and/or let any doggies out. I have long breaks throughout the year and summers and can provide more individualized care during those periods.
