Our Nala is a "skittish cat" to begin with and hides all the time so we told Joanne you probably won't see her but we really do have a cat ?. She took the time to sing to her, look for her and truly cared for her every need. She sent us her report every day with a picture of food dishes, a fake cat pillow and finally she caught her. Through her wit and " shenanigans" lol she was able to get a picture of Nala. We laughed for hours and it made us feel so at ease and we knew Nala had met her match.
