About: My name is Matthew and I’ve been around dogs my entire life and currently have a 100lb Labrador who’s not just my pet—he’s my best buddy. We walk, hike, play, and explore every day, rain or shine! I understand how much your furry friends mean to you, and I’ll treat your dog like one of my own—with love, patience, and plenty of exercise. Whether you need regular walks, help on busy days, or just want your pup to get some extra attention, I’m here to help! Reliable. Experienced. I currently work full time from home but I’m very active so I keep my dog active with me. We are up at 5am everyday going for runs/walks. On breaks we always get outside to enjoy the weather and allow him to use the bathroom if needed. After work if I’m not busy I love to take him to the dog park or on another walk around the neighborhood. So I’m available every weekday from 5am-8am and after work from 6pm-9pm I have a big open yard that I have an electric fence for my dog to go out as he needs with or without me. When leaving the yard he gets his harness put on and a leash with poop bags. We walk on the sidewalk at all times. We stop and sit before looking to see if we can cross the road.

Most of my experience comes from my own cats and assisting loved ones with theirs. I own a cat with complex medical needs and multiple health conditions. I am familiar with navigating some asthma related illnesses, severe allergies, and hyperthyroidism in cats. I have always loved cats and would be happy to assist in the care yours need. I work full-time and am available from Monday-Friday 4:45pm or later. I am also off from work Saturday and Sunday and am flexible with the times on these days. I do drop ins for cats. I am comfortable giving most basic medication to any cat that may need this in addition to checking in on them and making sure they have adequate food/water.
