“Jenny takes awesome care of my pups! My job is hectic and requires last minute travel. She really came through to watch out for my dogs: old man, Gus, and a female puppy, Sophie. So appreciate her services and special care!”

“Jailah was incredible! She helped me when I made several errors making my first booking. She sent great pics and was great with the dogs! Definitely will book again:).”

“Caitlin was so great! She was flexible and responsive leading up to the visit and sent me lots of pictures of my furry boy during her drop in. I can tell she did more than just refill the food bowl and clean the litter box— she spent some time giving my cat some much-needed attention and making him feel loved while I was gone. What more could I ask for? :)”

“Sarah is amazing! She did an hour long drop in for my 4 senior dogs, one of whom is special needs and needs his bladder expressed. It’s very comforting to know that a caring, competent pet sitter is checking in on our babies while we’re at work. She sends great updates in the report card and cute pics!!”

“Our Teddy LOVES Karlin! We would absolutely recommend booking with her for any of your pet needs. We booked her for one week of drop-in visits with our "old man" Teddy who's 14 years old and has neurological issues with his back legs along with vision & hearing loss. It just took 2 visits for him to feel comfortable with Karlin. She has never-ending patience with Teddy & even HAND FEEDS him. She also visits with our cat Toby who is usually pretty leery of new people in the house. Because of recent surgery, I was temporarily unable to lift our doggie, so Karlin was a life-saver with her daily drop-in visits. She's sweet as can be and fun to visit with as well. We are all thankful we found her on ROVER!”

“Deana was great. She sent tons of pictures and my cat seemed to warm up to her very quickly. She gave a detailed report on everything my little buddy was up to. Shes a lifesaver!”

“Sage claimed he didn’t have any experience with cats but he took care of Sophie without a hitch. He is courteous, punctual and dependable and provided all the care and nurturing she needed. His report cards showed a contented cat, and he was considerate in keeping our home neat. We will gladly ask Sage to come care for Sophie in the future.”

“James was a great sitter! He goes above and beyond what is asked to ensure that the drop-in visit goes smoothly. I thoroughly enjoyed the service and believe that my puppy really enjoys having him visit. I look forward to future services!”

“We always love Keyona and this time we hired her to take our dog Lucy for three weeks while we were away. She was so flexible and accommodating, and she's the only one we'd trust to take our fur baby for that long. She acted very responsibly when she noticed Lucy was itchy. We always miss Lucy while we're away but Keyona sends pictures and let's us know how she's doing. It was so clear how much our dog loves Keyona when I picked her up and she didn't want to leave. We highly recommend Keyona!!”

“Chloe is wonderful! So kind and communicative. This was my first time using Rover and I was a bit nervous, but she totally put me at ease. She agreed to a meet and greet beforehand and was so patient with my puppy. She also sent thoughtful updates with plenty of pictures and was respectful to my living space. Highly recommend, thanks, Chloe!”

“Great trustworthy/caring sitter. Takes good care of not only my cat but my house and belongings as well. Meet and greet was smooth and quick, and Tina gets the most she can done in the amount of time paid for each visit. Thank you Tina!”

“Sherryann made my weekend getaway stress free. I was worried about leaving my fur baby alone for the first time. She communicated effectively and sent daily pictures. Thanks, Sherry!!!”

“I thoroughly enjoyed having her watch my 14 week old puppy. She was very thorough and communicative. She went out her way to meet him before the drop in visit and even made sure to clean up an accident he made in his crate during her scheduled drop in visit. I look forward to future bookings!”

About: I've always been drawn to animals who are most in need - emotionally and physically. And that means I've gained experience helping animals with medical needs. Since I was 9, I've owned, fostered, delivered, and cared for dogs, cats, and kittens. I have also had a few fish and cared for reptiles and rats, mice, and hamsters. My Norfolk terrier, Chester, had intervertebral disc disease when he was 5. Thankfully, with medical treatment, he regained feeling in his legs! I can give pills without pill-pockets, as well as liquid medicine. I've given shots. And I've administered subcutaneous fluids twice per day to 2 kittens who had panleukopenia virus so they wouldn't get euthanized. But every animal has various needs, medical or otherwise, and deserves the same and equal love and attention. I'd love to care for your cats or dogs as well! At home, a having a senior dog becomes a daily and weekly routine! As with all animals, that means: eat, poop, play, snuggle, nap, love, repeat! Animals are so smart. They know OUR routines and live by them. They say: "She's washing her face at nighttime? That must mean it's time to go outside before sleep! [yaawwn]" I'd love to have a routine with your pet! Initially, getting to know your fur baby/babies will be about taking it slow, giving them the right body (and facial) cues, being consistent, and building a routine. If you're ok with me giving them a treat, I'll do so based on your recommendation. If not, I'll just smell like I have treats! If you choose in-home services, I'll be on your pet's home turf, and I'm always letting your pet decide the play and love that they're comfortable with. If you're requesting pet-walking, your pet will require leadership, for safety reasons and for them to properly relax. Either way, your fur baby will be comfortable and at ease!

About: I have always had pets in my home, with lovely experiences. Volunteered at 3 kennels for animals In need. I able to care for animals very well. I have open availability for the most part and do not mind working the weekends. Have lots of time to walk my new friends around. I would love to come to your home for sitting. I will walk the animals in parks and around New Orleans. Would be interested in home sitting once I get to know the animal.

About: I've had pets my entire life. I'm retired now and travel extensively for part of the year, so I'm unable to have pets of my own and thought this would be a great way to keep busy while I am in town. I have a doggy door and a large, gated backyard for games of fetch or hide and seek. I will provide a safe, loving home while you are away or drop-in if you so choose. When I'm in NOLA, I often work part-time from home. I'm retired so you could call me a homebody, and I'm often found working in my garden. In the fourth quarter of the year, I do travel until thanksgiving but will keep my calendar here updated. I am relatively flexible with scheduling. My son recently moved and took his Boston Terrier with him, so there are no longer any pets in my home. I have a large, fenced yard perfect for games of hide-and-seek or fetch, and I'm often in the back as well working on my garden. I do not have any plants that would present a danger. I love to take long, daily walks on the levee, which is only two blocks away...and would love to bring your pet along! I often have family visit, who also love pets.

“Victoria was 2nd mommy to my baby Savannah! She was very comfortable with her minutes into the meet & greet. Her experience and her love for dogs is immediately recognizable. I will only leave my baby in Victoria’s care from now on ❤️”

About: I offer a unique and caring approach to pet sitting, specializing in puppy carr and senior care. My skills were honed over three years working at a professional pet care center in Lyon, France, where I gained hands-on experience with a variety of needs, including medication and specific routines. I provide safe, customized care for every pet and will send you plenty of updates and photos if requested. I'm passionate about fitness and animals, so I've found the perfect combination: dog walking! I'm dedicated to providing high-energy walks that benefit both of us. Your dog gets the stimulating exercise they need, and I get my daily cardio in. It's a win-win! I'm responsible, reliable, and committed to giving your dog a safe and fun experience. Let's make sure your pet feels happy and secure while you're away. My schedule is very open, morning to evening, up until August 16th, 2025. I'll be sure to update my profile with my class schedule after that. I see every walk as a total experience, not just a chance for exercise. It's also a dedicated safety check! I'm always super aware of our surroundings, keeping my eyes peeled for any potential hazards and making sure your dog is happy and comfortable with the environment. My experience at a pet care center in France was a huge help, teaching me to be proactive and to really understand a dog's body language. I can spot and prevent issues before they ever become a problem. My main goal is to keep your dog's routine just as it is, right in the comfort of their own home. By sticking to their regular schedule for walks, potty breaks, and playtime, I can help minimize stress and maximize their happiness. Our energetic walks are the perfect way to provide an enriching experience and some new scenery, all while making sure your dog feels totally secure and loved.
