About: I've had cats and dogs my whole life and have spent most of my adult life volunteering for 2 animal rescue organizations. I fostered over 170 cats for my last organization (that was over a period of 15 years!) caring for all ages as well as taking in some with medical needs. I'm skilled at administering medications of all sorts and we currently have an asthmatic cat that takes an inhaler. I've been a "cat person" my whole life, but love dogs too! My husband and I love the large breeds, in particular Mastiffs. We currently have 3 cats plus a Mastiff who is the biggest baby. :-) We recently moved to Delaware (from just outside of DC) and I'm looking to re-start pet sitting as I LOVE meeting new furbabies and taking care of them. I used to pet sit in VA but put it to the side when fostering took up most of my free time. I recently took an early retirement and have plenty of free time so can offer flexibility. Since I'm married my husband helps takes care of our own cats/dog, and he understands my love of animals and desire to help others. I understand that every cat/dog is unique, with their own personality and needs. I will take the time to get to know each one and tailor my approach to ensure their comfort level,

About: I have cared for and loved all range of animals from dogs, cats, and rodents! I have been caring for animals since I was 10 years old for family and friends. I can work with all dog breeds and sizes as I have personally owned and cared for all kinds from chihuahuas to cane corsos! Cats have always been a pet of mine as well and cared for multiple family members felines. I currently assist in fostering dogs and took up dog trainings for a few years. I’m currently working full time - however - I spend my evenings caring for my foster dog and in the weekends I will do drop ins for a family or neighbors hospice pet. I have a fenced in yard as well as a large variety of food for certain nutritional diets depending on the foster dog at that time. “Jen is absolutely the BEST petsitter you will ever experience. My cat is very high maintenance with her attitude and her massive hair (forest cat). Upon my arrival home kitty was calm, very content , and had an extensive grooming! My home was exceptionally clean with the removal of litter and cat food cans. Jen met me before the sitting dates and she was extremely knowledgeable . She has tons of common sense--- You will not need to give her pages of instruction. She GETS IT ! In addition, my plants were watered during this 94 degree weather , mail was placed neatly inside, and trash cans were taken to the curb . Photos are sent to you at each visit. We are home all day during the weekend. Our house is not big, but we have a lot of love for your furry members of your family. We have a decent size fenced backyard that your pups can run and lounge in while your on vacation. About: My farm is a beautiful sanctuary that we love to share with all furry friends! Whether they want to splash in the pool, run outside in a safe CLEAN secure area, or just have a nice snuggle in their indoor kennel or maybe even stretch out on the couch- just know they’ll be wagging to come back! I have 6 horses on the property, 13 chickens, 2 turkeys, 2 outdoor barn cats, and my Friendly Laid back dog Archie. I provide love & care which is more important than anything else. But of course- I follow parents rules! My entire life revolves around my farm and caring for all of my animals. I am on the property 24/7 as this is my full time job. And luckily it’s my passion. We have a beautiful fenced in pasture with lots of space to run. We are in a very private and rural area. We also have a pool- only if parents are OK and the Pup chooses to take a dip! Your Pup will always be supervised. If there are restrictions we will always abide by them. We also have dog crates if needed or requested and a beautiful inside area as well. Basically your Pup is gonna have free range and feel a home away from home.
