“Lauren was very responsive and punctual! She did a wonderful job taking care of my pup Tucker while I was gone for two days and made sure to go beyond just walking/feeding him but also spent time playing with him and bonding. I loved receiving updates while I was gone.”

“Anna was amazing! I got consistent updates from her and she was super flexible when there were problems with my apartment, taking my dog to her house so that she would be provided for! Cannot recommend her enough!”

“Michelle communicates quickly and professionally. I trust her to take my dog for a lunch time walk while I am out and she always locks up behind herself. She has gone out of the way to check on our cats when one of them wasn't feeling well. Highly recommend her and glad to have her as my pet-nanny :)”

“Helena worked around a hiccup with the app and was so understanding and accommodating! She got our shy kitty to warm up to her the first day and he was always excited to see her. She sent great videos and pictures and was responsive to messages. I am very pleased to say the least! And my little Finn is smitten.”

About: Hello! I am Stephanie, a neuroscience/pre-med/psychology student at UTK! With my education, I apply it to my job as your caretaker. For as long as I can remember, we have always had fur babies in our house from cats to dogs to lizards and frogs! I remember every single baby having a significant contribution to my personality and who I am now. My current best friend is my cat Sashi! Sashi is a kitty I found as a stray around town. I took her in and the rest is history! Each pet is unique with their own quirks, personalities, and conditions. Sashi has separation anxiety, and I couldn’t imagine leaving her alone for a long period of time. I understand what it means to understand, take care of, and appreciate our fluffy friends that are in our lives! I have experience pet sitting animals of all kinds from farm animals, to big, playful dogs, to small, shy cats. I have taken care of for extended periods of time dogs with medical conditions such as seizures, paralysis, partial blindness, and behavioral issues with other dogs. I care for animals of all ages and sizes! I am very knowledgeable with cats in their behavior, body language, and physical well-being. I am very physically fit to be able to run or walk fast and long (no, seriously I can run 5 miles under an 8 minute pace) and lift a heavy amount of weight. No matter the task, I will have no problem! Besides occasional obligations from school, I have plenty of time every day to play, exercise, love on, and feed your fur-babies! I am available multiple hours throughout the day and can stay home full time around my school schedule! I provide services from your home for your pets comfort. I can drive pets if necessary. I will follow strict instructions, clean any mess, and become best friends with your companion. I provide all services from your home and can stay as long as needed that work within schedule! I request information about temperament with humans and other animals, potty training, temperament with car, any special quirks, allergies, any past trauma that is relevant, allergies, leash aggression, and any at home rules for furniture.

I’ve dealt with resource guarding, have experience with senior care, and am excellent with basic command training. I would love to meet your pups and help make their lives even more enriching! I am happy to come to your home and follow whatever routine works for your furry friend. I can take dogs on walks in nearby parks or drive them somewhere if they’re comfortable in cars!
“Sandy was great! She did check ins with our big dogs and an overnight boarding with our baby dog. Sandy's dog cupcake got along so well with my dog. I would definitely recommend her to be anyone's dog sitter!”

“Tate was super helpful looking after my pups! Great communication and plenty of pics showing me how excited they were for the company. Highly recommend and will book again! Thanks Tate!!!”

“Skylar was absolutely incredible with our four dogs! She was available at the last minute for a family emergency. In the process, she updated me and shared some photos of some very happy babies. Our dogs warmed up to her very quickly! She was also very understanding when we came home sooner than expected. We will definitely be using her in the future! Thank you, Skylar for loving them as much as we do :)”

“Cayli was quick and easy to communicate with and flexible with our dogs schedules. During her visit she was very attentive and noticed an empty chewed pill bottle on the floor. Long story short, I don’t recommend my dog who’s getting his stomach pumped but I highly recommend Cayli. Her quick thinking means I still have a dog.”

“Nancy was great, when my pet sitter canceled last minute she was able to drop in on my cat while I was away. She is quick to respond and sends pictures and occasional video updates. When I got back, I could tell my cat hadn’t been stressed while I was gone. I would highly recommended and use again!”

Oakwood pet parents share their Rover experiences
She was extremely communicative and let us know exactly when she showed up and what she did while she dropped in. She gave them their medication and fed them according to the directions left for her. Our girls loved her. She sent lots of pictures letting us know how they were doing. I will definitely book Cass again!

Brooke was wonderful! She came over before the trip to meet my dogs, see my house, and learn their routines. While I was gone she let me know when she arrived, how the dogs were, shared pictures, and when she left. I wasn't anxious at all about how the dogs were being cared for. I will 100% use Brooke again!

Tia was great. She came to the house to meet my gang before we booked and went above and beyond when I was away. She was flexible with what I needed and helpful with everything, even when I got sick and had to come home early. I would definitely have her again!

Yesenia was fantastic! She responded quickly when I needed a short notice check in for my cat over the Christmas holiday and remained responsive throughout the week she checked in. She provided plenty of pictures of him and spent some time playing each day. And very punctual with the check ins so I knew exactly when to expect the message that a check in had started. Will absolute try to book with her again if I need another sitter (hopefully with more notice this time).
