About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was in college. I’ve been looking after pups ever since. My current best friend is a theee-legged mutt named Jeff and he loves when company comes over. I’m a freelance editor who works from home so I set my own schedule. I keep a pretty regular routine with my own dog. We shouldn’t have any trouble adapting to your pet’s needs. I have a big fenced in backyard and can do most of my work from the screeened in porch. That’s nice because it lets me keep an eye on the pooch while also feeling less like a cave hermit hunched over a keyboard all day.

About: I grew up on a farm, so animals have always been part of my world—feeding chickens before breakfast, brushing horses after school, and getting covered in dog hair in between! I’ve looked after everything from bouncy puppies to mellow senior dogs, and I’ve always had an easy, natural connection with animals. They seem to sense that I’m one of the good ones. I’m great at picking up on their vibes—whether they’re in the mood to zoom around or just want some chill cuddle time. Taking care of animals is second nature to me, and honestly, it’s one of my favorite things to do. I live a flexible lifestyle and am fully available to care for your pets. Since I’m not tied to a traditional job or schedule, I can offer your fur babies lots of time, attention, and consistency. Whether it’s daily walks, extended stays, or last-minute needs, I’m here to help and happy to adapt to your routine. I prioritize creating a safe, nurturing environment wherever I’m staying. I care for pets in their own familiar space, which helps them feel secure and relaxed. I’m attentive to routines, respectful of your home, and can adapt to any special needs your pet may have—whether that means crating, administering medication, or extra cuddle time.

“Lilly has been an absolute blessing for me and my American Staffy, Mal. Mal can be a bit of a handful on walks, but Lilly handles her with such confidence, care, and alertness that I always know she's in good hands. It's clear Lilly truly understands dog behavior and takes the time to build trust – Mal absolutely loves her! One of my favorite things is that sometimes Lilly sends me pictures of Mal during their walks. It’s such a small gesture, but it means a lot – I love seeing my girl happy and enjoying her time out. Reliable, attentive, and genuinely great with dogs – I can’t recommend Lilly enough!”
