About: I currently work at a doggy daycare and have been there for over five years. Through this experience, I’ve worked with dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and temperaments. My job requires patience, attentiveness, strong communication, and a genuine love for animals. I have experience caring for senior dogs and administering medications when needed. We also board cats, so I am very comfortable with them as well. I’m very active and love being outdoors, so walks and playtime are something I genuinely enjoy. I’m flexible with my schedule and usually available, and I’m happy to provide frequent updates and photos. Pet care is already a huge part of my daily routine with my own dog Bentley, and I’m excited to get to care for your pet/s as well. About: I’ve been caring for dogs year-round since my teenage years, regularly dog-sitting for friends and family and gaining hands-on experience with a wide range of personalities and needs. I’ve raised and cared for two dogs of my own in both urban and rural settings in East Tennessee, which taught me how to adapt routines, exercise, and enrichment to different environments. As a current dog owner, I understand how important consistency, patience, and genuine affection are when trusting someone with your pet. Dogs have been a constant part of my life, and I treat every dog in my care as if they were my own-safe, loved, and well-understood. As a part-timer, I wholly devote those weekdays I am not working to providing quality dog care for your pet, whether that be sitting, walking, or supervising. Often times, I am available weekends as well. As a dog owner, I understand the importance of safety and trust when leaving your cherished friend with another. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on maintaining their normal routine as closely as possible so they feel comfortable and secure. I follow all feeding, walking, medication, and household instructions closely, and I keep the home clean while I’m there. For dog walking and enrichment, I tailor each walk to the dog’s age, energy level, and needs, whether that means a relaxed stroll, structured exercise, or mentally stimulating activities like sniff breaks and basic reinforcement. Safety is always my top priority, and I make sure dogs are properly leashed, hydrated, and supervised at all times. I communicate consistently with pet parents through updates and photos so they feel confident their dog is receiving attentive, reliable care.
