I have always loved animals and owned animals as long as I can remember. I have always had both cats and dogs. I work in an animal hospital as a vet assistant and am currently in school to get licensed as a veterinary nurse. I am fear-free certified, certified in basic life support and am in the process of getting advanced life support certification.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a front and back fenced in yard at my house to keep dogs separate if need be so that I am able to give them all ample time outside. I have water bowls outside and in every room of my house as well as lots of toys! I have metal pet gates throughout my house as well as crates in order to provide everyone with their own space and to keep everyone safe. I also am available to provide pet care in your home and follow your schedule and routines.

A typical day
I enjoy taking dogs on walks or short hikes, playing fetch or whatever it is your pet enjoys most! Cats sometimes take awhile to warm up to a new person but most usually love a wand toy!

- For boarding dogs in my home I require proof of up to date vaccines and proof that your dog is on monthly heartworm prevention which is also an intestinal parasite dewormer or a recent negative fecal test. I like to have instructions ahead of time or written down and left for me so I can make sure your pets routine is followed in order to keep them as comfortable as possible while you are away. If your pet has any special likes, dislikes, triggers, or behavioral issues that need to be accommodated for just let me know.
