Reliable, adaptable, and loving!
I grew up on a ranch and have been around animals my entire life. I've loved and cared for dogs, cats, horses, and reptiles. (I never managed to bond with fish.) I rescued my sweet boy, Goose, last year. He came to me with anxiety and reactivity, and I have learned so much from him. Because of him, I’m familiar with the particular needs of sensitive pets. If you’re nervous about how a Rover sitter will be able to work with your pet’s behavioral needs, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

Jordan was so sweet, she left me comments every check in along with the pictures. She was so thorough when she came to meet Oz, even asking about what vet I use.
Jordan was wonderful! She made sure my cat and dog were both given individual attention and care. She was very communicative and even altered her visit times to make sure my babies could spend some time outside before it started raining!

We cannot say enough kind words about Jordan! We have no worries at all while we are on vacation with Jordan at our house! She does excellent updates on the house and pups. Our dogs absolutely love her and she's very patient with our almost one year old pup. I never want her to feel rushed or as if she's in the way even if we come home earlier than scheduled. You will never regret booking with Jordan!
Our family was extremely satisfied with Jordan. She kept us constantly updated about our pups were doing. They can be a handful, but she knew how to care for each of them. We will definitely be using Jordan again, and we highly recommend her!
Jordan did such an amazing job watching our dog! We were traveling internationally and were nervous to leave our dog for so long, but Jordan immediately put our minds at ease! I am a full-time college student on break for summer. I work part time on a flexible schedule at UT, but am excited to devote the rest my time will be devoted to ensuring your companion gets the best possible care.

Safety, trust & environment
A safe pet is a happy pet! Any time you trust me with your pet and/or home, I know you're trusting me with a piece of your heart. While sitting, I make sure to stick closely to your fuzzy friend's normal schedule but I throw in a bunch of extra attention. You'll get a minimum of two high-quality picture updates a day, and I welcome check-ins! I keep your home clean so that you can come back to a happy pet and a tidy house, and also so that Pickles doesn't find any extras on the floor or while counter surfing! I always adhere to the feeding schedule YOU set, and use treats in moderation YOU approve. The only exception to my fully-customized services is a zero-tolerance policy for physical punishment. That includes swatting, shoving noses into messes, and ALL forms of abuse. Science supports better learning through positive reinforcement, and so do I.

A typical day
How I care for your furry family member(s) is based entirely on your preferences and their needs. If Baxter needs to run off some energy every four hours, but Dinah has joint problems that only let her enjoy a short walk a day, each pet will get the bespoke treatment they deserve. Supporting your pet's health and happiness makes me a healthier, happier human! For energetic dogs, we'll explore local parks, neighborhoods, and greenways. I love a nice jog, and am always delighted to share one with your happy pup! For older dogs, dogs with disabilities, and cats, we'll play games to reinforce mobility and keep their minds sharp and attitudes curious. Interested in extras? Ask me about grooming and photo shoots!
