About: Hi! My name is Diane and I love all animals .I have worked in the pet industry full time in the last 10 years in kennels , grooming boarding, daycare and training facilities . I have also been pet sitting over 25 years ,friends and family have entrusted their precious pets in my care because they trusted my abilities and knew that I would treat their pets as I would my own. Spending my days with animals is the ultimate job. Kinda hard to even call it a “job.” Who can resist waggs and purrs, wet kisses and lap naps? Certainly not me. Pet sitting and dog walking is my profession, my livelihood and my business. I look forward to caring for your pets and keeping you updated as to how they are doing in my care. I'm a full time pet sitter so I'm available most days for house sitting , drop in visits and dog walks during the week and on weekdays. I do my best to stick to your pets schedule . I will always communicate any issues beforehand or as soon as they come up . I will always treat the animals and the properties with respect and try to leave the homes looking the way they were when I got there !
“Kelly was able to accommodate us last minute for a drop in visit for our pup. She was prompt and followed our instructions for our senior boy. We would highly recommend!”

“Kendric was the perfect dog walker for us! She was very communicative, loved on our two pups and messaged me if there were any questions or issues! We will be using her again in the future! Thank you so much again!”

About: I’ve been in love with animals at a young age. When I was young I rescued a grey tabby when my mom was going to school. I raised him until he passed in 2020. In his memory, I’ve always been fond about cats. Oliver was not my only furry friend I had. I currently own a dog named Licky, two cockatoos, two pet rats, and an aquarium of fish…. And we have chickens, and ducks in our backyard! and we have three more cats! Boy, Samantha, and Lucy. I’m currently working at a summer camp for individuals with autism. My schedule is flexible during the holiday season. But I’m normally booked by summertime! I make the time to take care of animals if need be! I take care of my animals like they’re my own children. I love all my furry and feathered friends and I love your animals too!
“Autumn took great care of our dog. She took lots of pictures, included detailed notes on how the visits went, and was incredibly easy going! We will definitely book her for future visits and recommend her to other pet owners!”

“Ria was great with my 2 dogs and 1 cat. She came over a few days early for a meet and greet and was able to win their little hearts over some dog biscuits. I see she has many repeat customers, and I will continue to be one of them.”

“Alisha was great! My baby is happy and content! She fed him well, took her time to take care of the cat! She even brought our packages from Amazon inside the house ! Highly recommended! Thank you Alisha!”

“Kelly is helping our puppy's transition into our house by coming in while we are at work to let her out during lunch time. I receive a photo each time he's in and she has yet to have an accident thanks to his drop ins during the day. When we met Kelly he was extremely professional and knowledgeable and I look forward to retaining his services. Thanks Kelly for helping us with Miss Annie!”

I am a graduate student who is usually on campus between 9am and 5pm Monday-Friday. I am flexible to come by before/after and house sit if need be! I take my client’s pets on walks, feed them regularly, give them treats and belly rubs. I also enjoy just spending quality time with my clients pets and will spend time relaxing with them and making them feel comfortable! I am really good with plants and can help out around the house if requested!
“Claire was great while she took care of our cat while we were out of town. Very communicative and took initiative to find a way to stop our cat from continuously tipping over her water feeder. Would book again!”

“Wen did a great job with Moonbeam....she made sure to document and take care of my sweet cat. She was also very organized and took care to make sure she had the details needed.”

“I’m glad Hilary was able to look after our cats. I was able to be away from home without worry. She sent good updates every day and I can tell the cats got plenty of attention. I would be happy to book with her again or recommend her to someone else.”

About: I’ve loved dogs all my life, and finally convinced my mom to adopt a dog during Covid. I’ve lived with roommates’ dogs for most of the past 5 years, and now I’m considering getting my own. But in the meantime I’m trying out the gig economy with pet sitting and some fostering opportunities :) I am flexible with what services I can offer based on your needs. Please reach out with any questions! My summer schedule is pretty flexible apart from a part-time retail job. I live in Carrboro but I am often in Durham and am willing to travel to pet sit. I tend to be home in the evenings and love to have a pet share tv-time with me :) I will not be keeping dogs in my own home, so safety and security will depend on the owners house and preferences. Happy to discuss further
“Deb is always amazing and Athena (Weimariner) loves her. The most this system will allow tipping is 30%. Next time I'll tip you directly instead of using the tip system. You rock.”
