About: Growing up, we always had animals in the house. We currently have Milo, a handsome but stubborn Chow German Shepard mix and Frankie, a rambunctious orange tabby. We also have Lucy, a petite black cat. I’m comfortable administering medication, such as insulin, if necessary. I started using Rover as a way to get more involved in animal care. I received my MBA from Stony Brook University in 2019 and have been searching for something I’m really passionate about. I truly believe that animal care could be my future. About: I follow instructions that are left for the pet, I interact with the pet alot and treat it as my own. I make sure it is given unconditional love and care that all animals deserve!! Part time in the afternoons or on the weekends with advanced notice. During the week after 5pm and on the weekends between 10am-9pm, unless it’s overnight then the hours are more flexible. I am in an enclosed apartment, that is spacious and has a patio for the pet to chill with fresh air. I also have a lot of areas to play around the complex that is friendly to four legged creatures, I live near numerous outdoor amenities including parks and beaches for the pet to explore. The entire neighborhood is very welcoming to pets and it could easily make a play date.

About: From fish and frogs and hamsters to dogs and cats I have had and also taken care of many different animals. I had a yellow lab growing up for 17 years and she was mine and my family’s whole world. Now I spend my time taking care of friends pets when they are away and my neighbors two adorable cats. One of which was adopted as an outdoor stray so he sometimes comes over to my house for some food, belly rubs, and a nap. I was always the go to person for my neighbors for pet sitting and I hope to expand my services and love for animals to a wider range. I work as a chemistry teacher and do not currently have a Summer job so my availability is flexible. There are times where I may have other obligations so clear and advanced communication is greatly appreciated! I am available to visit 1-4 times a day and happy to go for walks twice a day. I will typically visit morning/early afternoon to later afternoon/early evening. But I can stop by at different times if needed such as for specific feeding or medicine times. From past experience I know that every animal is different in both personality and needs. Whether that is feeding at certain times, certain food preparation, or just having a calm demeanor. Just like being a teacher, I am accommodating and would love to provide proper care for each individual animals needs. I also check and double check any directions and will make sure to provide the care that your pet needs.

About: I've had the pleasure of caring for dogs since I was 13. I've had my own dogs, as well as caring for and watching many friends' and neighbors' dogs overnight. Family friends have let me pet sit. I walk family dogs at least twice a day depending on energy levels. I would be capable of feeding, and walking the pets. I can clean out litter boxes or enclosures. Play time so that the pet could release some energy.
