About: I work from home as a writer, which means lots of sitting around on the couch with my laptop, and plenty of lap room for cats and dogs, too! I have been pet-sitting for my friends very often in the last two years. I have always loved other people's pets and gravitated toward the critters whenever I'm at a friend's house who has pets. Several of my closest friends trust me with their animals every time they travel as they know that I am organized enough to keep track of multiple animals with different feeding needs and routines, giving pet meds, as well as making sure the animals have exercise, playtime, and lots of attention. I notice the little things and communicate effectively as needed with pet parents to make sure the cats and dogs I have cared for are safe and content. I have lived with animals all my life and I love being around them! As an author, I write on my phone or laptop, and it leaves me with lots of flexibility. I can adapt to any routine for dog walking, pet feeding, giving pets meds, playtime, and lots of snuggles and attention - work will never get in the way as there are no fixed times for my writing schedule. Because I work from home on my own terms, I can remain in the home with the pets continuously. I take frequent breaks to give the animals play time, lots of attention, any clean-up necessary, and of course feeding and any necessary meds that keep them on the routine they're used to. I am always present to keep an eye out and make sure they are safe and content.

About: I’m a very loving person and have a big heart for animals. I’ll always follow any instructions you leave to make sure your pet gets the best care possible, whether that means giving medication at a specific time, sticking to a certain walking schedule, or changing the litter box daily. Other than that, your pet can expect plenty of cuddles, on-time meals, lots of love, and most importantly, an excessive amount of pictures and updates! 🐾❤️ I’m currently spending most of my days at home, so my schedule is very flexible! I’m available to take your dogs on long walks in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings. My son has basketball practice from 3:30–5:30 PM, but aside from that, I’m usually home and have plenty of time to give your pups lots of attention, exercise, and love! I am attentive and aware of my surroundings at all times. I will keep a watchful eye on your pet, and only let them off a leash when appropriate (at a dog park, etc.). You are welcome to call/face time me at any time when I am with your pet.

About: I grew up on a small farm so caring for animals has always been part of my life. I have experience with dogs, cats, puppies, kittens, small pets. All of my pets have been rescues and truly are my children. I focus on personalized care, enrichment, socialization, adventures and not just feeding and potty breaks. I’ll follow your pet’s routine while giving them the same patience, attention and love I give my own. Pet care is already a big part of my everyday life. I have pets of my own, so my days naturally include feeding, walks, playtime, enrichment, cuddles and plenty of outdoor adventures. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to build my day around the animals in my care, whether that means morning walks, midday check-ins, longer adventures or overnight stays. My home is pet-friendly with a doggy door and secure 6-foot vinyl-fenced yard for plenty of outdoor time. My neighborhood has lots of walking paths and parks. There is a small dog park within walking distance.

I have worked at a veterinary hospital, a dog boarding facility, and for a private animal care company doing in home pet care.
