“First time Rover and the universe sent us Gianna! Detailed updates and pics of the pets made us feel secure during a hectIc wknd trip. It’s obvious Gianna loves animals and is very knowledgeable and caring. It was the perfect fit for a house sitting situation.”

“We can’t recommend Lindsey enough! She took amazing care of our two dogs, Remi and Ruby, and our two cats, Ellie and Tito’s while we were away getting married. She was reliable, attentive, and gave us so much peace of mind during a very busy time. We loved getting regular updates and photos—it was so comforting to see how happy and well cared for our pets were. We would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter!”

About: I"ve had pets all my life! Mostly dogs & cats but I've also had small pocket pets, birds, snakes and skunks. I just love animals of any kind! I'm a very active senior who still works so I'd like to be able to leave during the day M-F but I'm self employed so I can easily adjust my schedule to meet your furbabys needs. I have also watered the plants & flowers for my clients and fill the bird feeders! I am reliable and can give you many refrences I currently work but I'm self employed so I can make my own hours if needed to care for a furbaby. On the weekends I'm around most daysI I ask that you leave written directions on your pets daily routine so I can keep them on their schedule as much as possible. It's less stressful for them. Feeding directions along with any meds they need. Also your vets number if needed. I'll spend time with them and can send you daily pictures if you'd like!
“Courtney arrived 15-min early before we needed to leave. She did an outstanding job with our puppies while we were away. No accidents in the house! She occasionally sent us photos of the puppies while we were away. Courtney is a person of good character and work ethic you can trust.”

“Matt was amazing! Extremely tentative and very professional. He watched out 2 dogs and cat over an entire weekend. He sent regular pics and updates the whole time. Provided walks for our Golden and was extremely accommodating with our senior dog, as well, who has the typical senior dog needs and “white glove” care. We will definitely be booking Matt in the future. I would highly recommend.”

“Jaina was very responsive and communicative during our trip. This was my first time hiring a petsitter so I was already nervous, but my sheltie Piper does NOT like strangers so that added more stress. Jaina worked with us to have a few (loud) meet and greets with Piper to familiarize herself with her. It took a day but Piper soon warmed up to her and settled which allowed us to relax and enjoy our trip. I'm very grateful to Jaina for handling our anxious dog and reassuring us with her daily and sometimes twice a day updates.”

About: Hi! I'm a devoted pet lover with experience caring for both cats and dogs. I've cared for pets with all kinds of personalities—from shy and independent to playful, energetic, and extra cuddly. I know how important it is to find someone you trust with your furry family members, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. Whether your pet needs walks, playtime, feeding, medication, litter box care, or simply some extra love and attention while you're away, I'm happy to help. I work remotely, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to provide plenty of companionship and care throughout the day. I look forward to meeting you and your pets! I work remotely full time, which gives me a lot of flexibility in my schedule. I’m typically available before 8 a.m. and after 5 p.m., but I can often adjust my hours as needed. I’m happy to coordinate in advance to make sure my schedule aligns with your pet’s routine and needs. When caring for pets, I always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in their own space. I follow their normal routine as closely as possible. I also take note of any special instructions or preferences, so each cat or pet gets the same love and consistency they’re used to at home.
“Shermont'e was very respectable and patient with our dogs, (our dogs can be shy meeting new people). He constantly gave us updates on how they were doing, and that our most shy dog warmed up to him by the end of his stay! 10/10 would recommend!!”

About: growing up with a family dog, i’ve always looked forward to our long walks. since i've moved to care for my grandma & i can’t have a pet at my current home, i’m looking to be the dedicated adventure buddy your pup deserves! i’m an avid walker who cleans up after your pet & loves exploring local parks and trails, and i’m just as comfortable handling a brisk, high-energy trek as i am a slow, 'sniff-heavy' stroll for seniors or four legged friends who love getting distracted! HOT WEATHER: for dog-friendly clients, i am able to provide outings to low stress trips to uncrowded, pet-friendly stores/facilities for stimulation and enrichment (including a potty break outside before and after, of course!) i am also happy to walk earlier/later in the day to avoid the heat as well! i also enjoy keeping pets company in home, whether its playing with toys, using lick mats, or just spending some time together! because i work evening and overnight shifts, i have guaranteed availability every morning and midday for your dog’s routine. whether you need a recurring daily walker or a same-day visit because you’re running late, i'm local and ready to jump in! my current job is closing in a few months, so i’ll be even more available for your schedule soon :) in public, i use a short-leash grip, stay hyper-aware of our surroundings without distractions like phones/technology of any kind (aside from photos, of course!), and avoid unknown dogs to keep your pup protected. i pride myself on being a trustworthy, punctual communicator, providing frequent photo updates so you’re always in the loop. i am very confident in my ability to kennel/leash pets & i consider myself well-versed in administering medication. i am keen when reading animal stress signals, ensuring your pet feels safe and understood under my care! as of early may, i am taking dog training certification courses to better my understanding and confidence in dog training :)
“If I could leave 10 stars then that would be my rating for Sandra! My dogs love her and they are very calm when she is around. It felt like I left my beloved animals with a family member. Thank you Sandra!”

“Tony was super communicated and kept us updated about how our fur children were through out our time away. He was very good at handling our dog (who needs medication twice a day) and was pleasant to meet! 10/10 would recommend! Will definitely book with him again!”

“Eric was fantastic! Moose and mittens loved him. He messaged everyday with pictures to make sure we knew our babies were taken care of. Very nice and personable and trustworthy. Thank you so much Eric! We will definitely be using him if he’s available for our next trip!”
“Devaney was amazing with our high energy/high anxiety pitty mix. We were so nervous to leave because last time when we didn’t have a sitter (just intermittent walker/feeder) she tore up the place with anxiety. Devaney sent me frequent updates and pictures all weekend and we even came home to a very clean apartment. She gave my cat lots of loving as well! 10/10 recommend and will be booking with her again!”

“Shay was great! Our Cooper was well taken care of and she minded our house conscientiously. She even had to handle some curveballs our home threw at her and she handled it well. Would book again!”

Our 3 dogs absolutely loved Gianna. She took amazing care of them and was fully engaged in them and their needs. She followed any instructions perfectly and dogs were so happy. The boys got the royal treatment. They will be so excited when she comes back to see us. Ty Gianna

This was my first time using Rover for our new adoptee Ernie who's been having some separation anxiety. We were in town for a wedding and needed someone to sit with him while we were away and Erin was great! He's initially lightly territorial when new people arrive at his "home" but warmed right up to Erin. She was wonderful with him and a really nice person and would definitely recommend her.
