About: I grew up with dogs. I can groom, bathe, walk, and clean up throw up. I have been relied on by friends and family to let their dogs out and feed them while they are out of town. I am currently a college kid searching for an internship, so my days are wide open! I tend to go on walks during the day, so bringing along a furry friend would be great company. I will follow the directions given to me so your dog will be comfortable with a stranger entering their house. I am great with boundaries.

Jaina did a fantastic job looking after our 80 pound loverboy, Luca. She stayed in our home while we were away five days, and both he--and our home--were well taken care of. He even got a daily walk (in winter, no less!). Jaina is who you want in a sitter: responsive, reliable and kind. She provided daily updates and photos of our dog, too. We would hire her again, and suggest you do too before people catch on and her rates go up.”

About: I have owned dogs (and periodically cats) my entire life. Family, friends, and neighbors regularly turn to me when in need of pet care. I recently moved to Ohio from Dallas where I was known by work colleagues and friends as the “street dog whisperer.” Every day after work I would spend hours finding and rescuing street dogs by myself. I have fostered many dogs over the years in Dallas and volunteered at our overcrowded animal shelter on the weekends. I’m comfortable with dogs of all ages and sizes, and have experience caring for dogs with injuries (e.g., broken bones) and respiratory infections commonly contracted in shelters. In terms of my profession, I am a clinical psychologist. Since moving here from Dallas I am searching for full time employment, so I currently have flexible availability to provide care to your pets as they deserve! Given that, I have a very flexible schedule during weekdays and weekends to provide care for your pets. In your home it’s your rules! I will follow the instructions provided regarding the proper care for your pet in your home (e.g., using a crate, proper feeding & exercise schedule, rules regarding pets on furniture, etc).

I also own a dog of my own back my hometown. And we have a great relationship! I know what she wants just by her body language and her speaking to me lol kind of cute. Dogs are like humans. About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover and proud dog mom to Baker, our 5-year-old adopted coonhound. He’s such a big part of my life that he even inspired me to write and publish a children’s book about him, Learning to Count with Baker the Dog! Having Baker has given me years of firsthand experience with the responsibility, attention, patience, and love that go into caring for a dog. My husband and I also regularly help care for our sister-in-law’s two dogs when she’s away, sometimes having them stay with us for several days at a time. We also love helping our friends by watching their dogs in our home when they need a sitter. I know how important it is to feel completely comfortable with the person caring for your pet. Because my schedule is flexible, I can also adjust around each dog’s normal routine and specific needs. Whether your pup is staying with me, needs a daytime visit, or just benefits from some extra company and attention, I’m able to make their care a consistent part of my day. When caring for pets in my home, I do my best to make them feel comfortable, safe, and part of the family. Since I work remotely, I’m able to be home with them throughout much of the day for regular potty breaks, walks, feeding, playtime, and plenty of attention. I also make sure to follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible and will learn about their personality, preferences, and any special instructions before their stay. Because we have our own dog, Baker, I prefer to do a meet-and-greet before boarding whenever possible so we can make sure the dogs are comfortable together. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I’m respectful of both their home and their pet’s established routine. I’ll follow all instructions for feeding, walks, medications, playtime, and any other care needs, while making sure their pet receives plenty of attention and companionship. For either type of care, communication is very important to me. I’m happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident that your pet is happy and well cared for while you’re away.

“Mont’e was absolutely amazing! He provided excellent care for my cat and dog while house sitting. I was pretty nervous to leave town and Mont’e was super kind and professional. He updated me regularly, took my dog on walks, and even took her to his family’s Christmas Eve celebration (after asking of course) because I was worried about her having separation anxiety! Mont’e treated my pets as if they were his own and when I came back they were both super calm and relaxed because of the great care provided. Mont’e was also super respectful of my home and left it very neat and tidy! Highly recommend Mont’e for all pet sitting needs, I’ll definitely be asking him to come back!”
