I work remotely full time, which gives me a lot of flexibility in my schedule. I’m typically available before 8 a.m. and after 5 p.m., but I can often adjust my hours as needed. I’m happy to coordinate in advance to make sure my schedule aligns with your pet’s routine and needs. When caring for pets, I always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in their own space. I follow their normal routine as closely as possible. I also take note of any special instructions or preferences, so each cat or pet gets the same love and consistency they’re used to at home.

About: I have cared for dogs since I was 8, and I have owned a dog since I was 5. I have successfully potty-trained a puppy. I enjoy being outside and walking, so I'd love to help out in any way, whether by helping them get their energy out or by hanging out with them. I work part-time and have free time between 10 am and 2 pm to take care of your fur babies. I usually use that time to hit the gym or study in the library, but I'm flexible. I can come to your fur baby and transport them to the park or wherever is needed. I can dog-sit for a few hours or a weekend and take them for walks.

About: I"ve had pets all my life! Mostly dogs & cats but I've also had small pocket pets, birds, snakes and skunks. I just love animals of any kind! I'm a very active senior who still works so I'd like to be able to leave during the day M-F but I'm self employed so I can easily adjust my schedule to meet your furbabys needs. I have also watered the plants & flowers for my clients and fill the bird feeders! I am reliable and can give you many refrences I currently work but I'm self employed so I can make my own hours if needed to care for a furbaby. On the weekends I'm around most daysI I ask that you leave written directions on your pets daily routine so I can keep them on their schedule as much as possible. It's less stressful for them. Feeding directions along with any meds they need. Also your vets number if needed. I'll spend time with them and can send you daily pictures if you'd like!

We were so nervous to leave because last time when we didn’t have a sitter (just intermittent walker/feeder) she tore up the place with anxiety. Devaney sent me frequent updates and pictures all weekend and we even came home to a very clean apartment. HOT WEATHER: for dog-friendly clients, i am able to provide outings to low stress trips to uncrowded, pet-friendly stores/facilities for stimulation and enrichment (including a potty break outside before and after, of course!) i am also happy to walk earlier/later in the day to avoid the heat as well! i also enjoy keeping pets company in home, whether its playing with toys, using lick mats, or just spending some time together! because i work evening and overnight shifts, i have guaranteed availability every morning and midday for your dog’s routine. whether you need a recurring daily walker or a same-day visit because you’re running late, i'm local and ready to jump in! my current job is closing in a few months, so i’ll be even more available for your schedule soon :) in public, i use a short-leash grip, stay hyper-aware of our surroundings without distractions like phones/technology of any kind (aside from photos, of course!), and avoid unknown dogs to keep your pup protected. i pride myself on being a trustworthy, punctual communicator, providing frequent photo updates so you’re always in the loop. i am very confident in my ability to kennel/leash pets & i consider myself well-versed in administering medication. i am keen when reading animal stress signals, ensuring your pet feels safe and understood under my care! as of early may, i am taking dog training certification courses to better my understanding and confidence in dog training :)
