Our prior arrangements with a family member had fallen through at the last minute before our vacation when I contacted Hailey. She was quick to respond, kind, and very flexible given the circumstances of it being so last minute. Still being a first time Rover user, as well as it being our little guys first stay away, I was nervous, but I can honestly say that I couldn't be more pleased. The pictures and texts were so reassuring throughout our trip, and she even gave him a bath and brushed him prior to his return! “I highly recommend David and Marianna, they are wonderful! They were very welcoming, and we initially enjoyed a great meet/greet to introduce my two dogs. Throughout their stay, I received wonderful updates and photos which were much appreciated. My dogs were happy and treated as part of the family there. They even got up in the middle of the night to console one of my dogs that is afraid of thunder because it was storming out! I will definitely continue to take my dogs to Marianna's and David's house. It is wonderful to know the dogs are in good hands, I can leave without worry, and come back to very happy pups. Looking forward to next time!”

She took lots of pictures made sure to check in with me to tell me he's okay. Max definitely loved her dogs he fit right in it was to cute. “Loved loved loved Amanda! I was so very nervous about letting my dog go anywhere. She’s a very soft and non chalant dog and I was worried she may be too non-chalant for someone. Amanda eased ALL those fears plus more. She allowed me to let Nala stay for a day and see how she would do before doing my boarding. Turns out Nala LOVES it there! “Kelly is awesome! This was the first time we were leaving the puppies and Kelly worked with both the puppies and us to make sure everyone was comfortable. Kelly’s focus on safety made us feel secure and confident that we were leaving our girls in a safe and caring environment. The puppies had a great time and although excited to see us when we picked them up, they didn’t want to leave (which is a good sign!).
